Prologue

“But, Captain Levi! Are you sure about your decision?” Eren asked

“Tch. Yeah, plus I am much more stubborn than her,” Levi said with a cold expression

“Oh, really Shorty?” Y/n said with a stubborn tone

“Shut up brat” Levi responded

“This will take them forever to argue,” Historia said with annoyance

“Y-yeah *eating potatoes,” Sasha said while eating her precious potatoes

Chapter 1

“Captain Levi, where are you going?” Connie asked seeing Levi leaving

“I have a meeting today and I want you all to clean my office,” Levi said with a cold expression

“Ugh why is he so cold,” Historia thought

“Saying something Historia?” Levi stubbornly asked

“N-nothing at all Captain! I said we will clean your office right away!” Historia lied

“Good,” Levi said and left

“Argh!? I really hate him” Sasha complained

“Shut up, he might comeback,” Eren said while shutting Sasha’s mouth

“Hey, guys aren’t we going to start? Or letting Captain Levi just come back here seeing us not cleaning his Office?” Mikasa said with a low tone

“Aw, our baby Mikasa speaks so cutely. Keep it up Mikasa-chan!” Connie teased

“Do you wanna Die early, Connie?” Mikasa threated Connie

“Hey, stop it,” Bertholdt said

“Let’s start cleaning before he comes here like lightning,” Armin said without hesitation the rest started cleaning

“Hey, guys sorry I was late” Petra excused

“*scoffed* you’re always late Petra,” Connie said with annoyance

“Why are you always late Petra?” Hange asked

“I-It’s just, I was busy---” Petra said when Armin cut her off

“You were busy stalking Levi, aren’t you?” Armin bitterly said

“N-No!” Petra denied

“Tsk. Tsk. Denial Petra” Sasha said

The rest laughed at Petra whose face is blushing like a tomato.

“Hey, Petra you better watch out for your face looks like a tomato. You don’t want Captain to catch you looking like a tomato, right?” Historia teased

“Shut up Historia!?” Petra replied and started cleaning

In the middle of their cleaning, Eren found a document that was named after a Commander named Y/N.

“Uh, guys have you guys met Commander Y/N?” Eren asked

“Don’t ever mention her name” Armin dared

“Why?” Eren asked

“*sigh* Long story” Historia responded

Commander Y/N and Captain Levi are archenemies, they used to be close friends but when they went out to kill titan’s Y/N got a chance to kill the Titan Levi was about to kill and it made Levi angry. They argued for days and after that, they didn’t talk to each other ever again. And so, the rest of the team decided to not team them ever again.

“That’s sad *sigh*, that’s why Y/N never even dared to stare at him,” Mikasa said

“*gasped* And why are you calling her by her name?” The rest of the team asked

“Uh--- Because she used to be friends with me too” Mikasa shyly said

“Oi! Levi---” Y/N said while getting inside Levi’s Office

“My apologies,” Y/N said about to leave the Office

“We should be apologizing Commander,” Armin said while saluting with respect

“It’s fine, I was just finding my documents from your Captain Brat. But I guess he has a meeting today. I’ll be back once he’s back” Y/N excused

“May I ask Commande---” Sasha asked when Eren cut her off

“Hm? What is it?” Y/N turned around and looked at Sasha

“N-nothing Commander you may go now” Eren rest assured

“Ok, clean well” Y/N said and left

“You, potato monster!? Better watch your mouth” Historia said

“I haven’t even said anything!?” Sasha excused

And so, they finished their cleaning, and Levi came.

“Captain! Were done cleaning your office” Eren said

“We’ll see,” Levi said with a cold tone

As he went inside and touched his table touching his fingers testing if there was any dust left, and finding out no dust left. He congratulated the cadets.

“Very well, you all may rest,” Levi said without facing them

“Earlier Captain, Commander Y/N came here,” Historia said

Making Levi look at them Eren, Mikasa, and Armin was looking down with disappointment to Historia telling him Y/N came to his office earlier.

“What does she want?” Levi asked

“N-Nothing Captain. She was just looking for you” Eren said cutting Historia’s words

“Ok.” Levi simply said

And the rest left.

At Y/N’s Office

*Knock, knock*

“Come on in,” Y/n said

“Oi! Brat, what do you want from my Office?” Levi coldly asked

“I was about to get my document from you, but you weren’t there so I leave the office” she answered

Levi leaned over her and spoke

“What document?” Levi asked

Y/N stared at him and said,

“That document with the ranking of Officers” she replied

“Now, can you leave?” She added

Levi sat at one of her chairs, Y/n was about to stop her but it was too late.

“I like your attitude, so daring and mean. It’s as if you really mean it.” Levi said with a cold facial expression not showing his smirk

“Tch. Whatever shorty” Y/n said while focusing her paperwork

“Why are we even becoming archnemesis?” Levi asked Y/n

Y/n didn’t seem to care, and just focused on her paper works.

“Are you deaf Y/N?” Levi asked again in a sarcastic tone

“For fuck’s sake get the hell out of here, you are disturbing my workspace!” Y/N angrily said

“Fine,” Levi smirked

“Fuck your ass,” Y/N said with a death stare

“Watch me do it then” Levi smirked daring Y/N

“Tch. As If” Y/N mockingly replied

And as Levi left, Y/N threw the mug Levi gave to her. The mug with a word saying “Friends forever Levi and Y/N” and before she even threw it. Another knock was once heard.

“Come on in,” Y/N annoyingly said

“Sorry for the disturbance Commander, but you have to meet Levi ’s Squad later 7 PM sharp,” An anonymous man said

“Ok then, I will visit later” Y/N replied

“I understand thank you” Y/N replied while clenching her hands

As the unknown man left, she said to herself,

“Why would I understand that I HAVE A MEETING WITH THAT SHORTY!? Little DORK!?” she screamed

“Argh! a night later full of arguments or not” She added

As night falls, Historia alongside Jean and Connie went inside the meeting room and Levi was already waiting there.

“Oh--- Captain Levi good evening” Historia greeted

“Very early for our Captain to arrive” Connie teased

“Hey, Connie would you like to be drowned to death?” Levi threatened

“N-No captain” Connie answered

“Horse face,” Levi said

“Y-Yes Captain?” Jean replied without looking at him

“Where are the rest of the squad?” Levi asked

“Their coming Captain” Jean replied

And as the squad sat down quietly and patiently waiting for Commander Y/N to visit them, Sasha isn’t there yet. And Mikasa worries Commander might be caught Sasha walking and eating in the hallway.

“It’s Sasha’s fault if the Commander would catch her, she deserves any punishment the Commander would order,” Levi said

And after a minute or so, she knocked on the door and found all of Levi’s Squad sitting down. As they found Y/N coming in they put their right arm as a salute to respect.

“Well, Well, Well Captain Levi what a pleasant evening.” Y/N greeted as she sat down

“Now, introduce yourselves to me Levi Squad” She added

“Commander! I am Armin Arlert a member also of Survey Corps” Armin introduced proudly

“Very well said Armin” Y/N said with a smile

And the rest introduce themselves.

Levi’s thoughts

I have never seen her smile like that in ages, after that argument we’d had years ago… wow she still hasn’t changed.

Sasha hasn’t arrived yet, and the squad feared that if Sasha would open the door and eat potato while a member is introducing themselves, they would bum themselves again in cleaning Levi’s office. But luckily Sasha didn’t arrive, as after Y/N visited their Squad’s meeting room she showed up as nothing happened.

“Sasha!? Where were you?” Mikasa asked

“I was just at the canteen” She replied

“Did Commander Y/N catch you?” Historia asked

“Y-Yes” Sasha replied with a low tone

“Damn it's Sasha, and did she get mad at you?” Connie said

“Nope,” Sasha responded proudly

“Eh!?” All of them expressed confusion

“H-how come?” Petra asked

She caught me right after she was inspecting the lunchroom, her squad was about to arrest me but she told them not to. And went near me,

“Sasha Braus, right?” She asked

“Y-yes Commander” I answered while swallowing my bread

“Why are you here? When earlier I was at your Squad’s Meeting room?” She curiously asked

I was shocked, and then she added

“Your Captain Levi might get mad at you or worse would punish you”

I got up from the table and ran away, but before that, she told me one thing

“Walk as if you didn’t know what happened and if they ask you where were you tell them” And I left.

“Geez. You ARE lucky that she didn’t get mad you” Jean said with a weird look at Sasha

“Enough. All of you go to your rooms now, before I changed my mind” Levi coldly said

And they quickly left.

Levi went ahead and visited Y/N again… but unfortunately, she had a meeting with Erwin. So, he can’t bother them for now. After a while Erwin found Levi waiting outside Y/N’s office.

“What’s taking you so long at Y/N’s office Erwin?” Levi asked with a cold tone

“We were talking about putting Hange over your squad for in-search at Wall Rose tomorrow since you and Y/N can’t be put in one together,” Erwin explained

It once again made Levi’s blood boil but remained calm as Erwin left and went inside Y/N’s office.
