~Sneak peek~
Romilly caught a glimpse of Willow at a distance and diverted Horace’s attention by pulling him for a kiss.
Willow on the other hand was infuriated by the sight and threw a fury globe of fire and it landed on Romilly’s back causing her to pull in a sharp breath.
This didn’t go unnoticed by Horace.
“Mills?”
“I’m fine,” she lied and gave him one last peck as good-bye, “see you in paradise.”
Romilly whispered and in a blink of an eye she was standing behind Willow holding a pen at the crook of her neck.
She smirked a bit glad she was rather a mimicry that was mistaken for a sibyl.
Being in contact with a swift was rather a good opportunity to her because at least she borrowed her super speed.
Willow’s eyes widened with shock but before she knew it, Romilly stabbed her blood vessel in cold blood and she began to cackle and cough.
Horace who was frozen in his place was still confused by the suddenness of the situation while the two subconsciously receded away towards the edge of the seven sister’s white cliff.
Willow’s eyes began to dim while her life slowly drained before a small smile appeared on her face.
Romilly who stood behind her also started to pant for breath although she forced her eyes to stay open despite the black spots and tremors in her body.
“We could have been good friends,” Willow chuckled and coughed before spitting blood on the ground.
“Not…in…this…lifetime,” Romilly said through gasps and her body slowly shutdown then took Willow with her and the two fell off the cliff.
Willow desperately swung her arms in the air trying find support but it was too late.
She watched rock crumbles falling from above like drizzling rain while the cliff looked down on them.
Indeed what goes round comes round.
An eye for an eye but both of you turn blind.
Fight fire with fire and both of you burn.
The two were paralyzed with shock and were too weak to swim when coldness met their bodies.
“Willow!”
“Mills!”
Screams were the last thing Willow heard before she gulped more water and became numb.
