"I loved how the story kept me on my toes. The sexual themes were just the right amount of description without it turning into a low budget porn movie. Only thing that bugged me were the occasional writing errors (incorrect punctuation, words that were errors, and I noticed that the alias of Rose quickly disappeared and resumed back to Emilia before she had been found out. Overall a great story and I wait with anticipation for the next part of the story. "

"So love this book especially when the female is a tomboy who has been taught how to fight, swears and takes no shit. To have a female in that time like Emilia with the story makes for great reading. What I also like is that it’s not a long dragged out story but fast moving and keeping you wanting to read till the end ❤️❤️"

"I read this book from start to finish, without stopping. I am a big erotica fan, so if you’re one too, I would recommend this book. What I liked most about this book is it was not a typical erotica. Most eroticas are just all about the sexual bits, but this one had a solid plot and the author did not just simply explain things away. It was stretched out throughout the book and when you come to the end, most of your questions are answered, but it leaves you wondering what will happen in the next book. I do like that the heroine is not your typical whimsy woman and is a real fighter. The characters are also real people making real mistakes and not the typical perfect erotica characters you normally read about. I won’t say more, because it will spoil it. The only improvement advice I would give is to make it longer-but it says it’s only one book. So, if there is a book 2 coming, then that is irrelevant. I’d also like to know if you plan on writing a sequel because I would enjoy reading it as this is the sort of series that I would read from beginning to end-so please write the next book!"

Not bad if you're looking for easy going fun
"While the plot moves quickly and without suspense it's still an enjoyable read. Sometimes the characters can be frustrating as their actions just don't make sense even for their character. The plot is easy to predict and there doesn't seem to be an overall plot that ties the entire book together, more so there are a series of events that follow each other; one starts, gets completed, and then the story moves on to the next event. Regardless of my gripes with the story that does not detract from my willingness to read. I enjoy its simplicity and while simple it's still quite interesting. It's not too draining and it's a fairly lighthearted read despite there being death blood and sex, the last of which is quite fun to read. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for an easy read, with spice. I'll definitely be checking out the second book because at this point I'm invested and curious to see where else it goes. I do hope my criticisms aren't taken too hard and the author knows I quite enjoyed the read and hope to see more from them as they have a lot of potential. I get the feeling as this story was being written it wasn't taken very seriously and therefore doesn't feel like a disservice to do the same when reading it. This book doesn't need to be edited and rewritten and improved upon as it's enjoyable just as it is, not to be taken too seriously and to just be enjoyed regardless of professionalism"
