Summary

Neither one of them had a normal childhood, and only one of them was able to escape it eventually. Anabella was a shy, innocent and quiet, 17 year old girl, living a life of abuse, hatred, and fear. After her father died, she was abused and tormented by her mother and sister daily. Being blamed for her father's death and every other inconvenience her family faced, she began to believe that it really was all her fault. She stayed silent and accepted her fate for 9 years before one fateful accident managed to save her, or so she thought. Zander was a smart and successful 20 year old ER doctor who has a dark past of his own, filled with negligence and abuse, death and horror. Him and his sister Ella had seen the worst of the worst, from losing their parents to getting abused and tortured by their older brother. But they were able to escape and continue with their lives. That was until Anabella came into their lives. Zander found himself falling for the innocent girl, both him and his sister accepting her into their lives. But of course, their lives were far from normal, so the chaos eventually caught up. How will these two cross paths? will they be able to push through all the problems coming their way? Will they be able to survive in the end? Or will love and determination lose against the never ending problems? Torture/panic+anxiety attacks/some cursing.
