Otherwise, it tackles subjects of poverty and mental health and addiction courageously. Weaving these into the romantic theme makes it a better read. "

"I’m a huge sucker for a good old fashioned love story! I hated that we had to wait until almost the end of the story to read what happened with Penny. My heart went out to her and Shelby. It wasn’t fair for her parents to treat Shelby like that though. These two were clearly meant to be!"

"I love your stories. This had me scratching my head. The Chemistry is off the charts with Alex and Shelby. Story started strong, then??? To pick up without any understanding of what they went through apart is a struggle to read and connect. To find out Fitz at the end is tough, because I didn't have a clue. Same as Alex's wife. Just more rushed without the character connections than previous stories, but still liked."
