CHAPTER 3 CRUELTY
CRUELTY
This is the opportunity they are all waiting for to get revenge on Michael and fortunately there are not too many students off campus to witness when they kidnap their classmate.
They forced Michael inside and carried him to the last seat of the car.
“How dare you!!!” Jose punched Michael in the face and he fell into the chair.
“You’re an animal! you’re the reason why we all lost our scholarships.” JA shrieked while holding a stick. He was hit by a blow and Michael broke it with his arms so that was the blow that created many bruises and scars. Meanwhile, Brian kicked his knee. Michael was beaten shut and his face and body were almost touching. Every punch, kick and blow from the four young men was strong while Eric was driving in the front of the car. He was just looking in the rearview mirror at what was happening.
John Michael opened Michael’s arms and showered both slaps on his face then punched him again up to his stomach. Brian exhausted his fist force in a very angry feeling.
Blood almost came out of Michael’s mouth and he was already feeling dizzy.
“I feel sorry for you… ..I didn’t mean what happened… .but I know what I’m doing is wrong ………… he speaks intermittently because he feels dizzy.
“Damn you! You didn’t mean to but you reported us… ..This is your thing. ”
Ryzon pressed the cigarette to Michael’s lap to burn him and that’s how he screamed when he felt the burning of his skin.
’AHH!
He almost lost half of his eyebrow as it slowly burned.
He was crying in great pain and he was so scared that he peed in his pants.
“It’s good that you take care of your fellow classmate, Eric, what are our plans for this guy. It looks faint. ” Joseph said while holding the dying Michael tightly by the hair. He was still not satisfied and he even spat in his face.
Eric replied.
“Let’s take it to the dumpsite and scare it.”
“Alright !!!!!”
The vehicle stopped at a nearby dumpsite. They first checked the area to see if there were any residents but no one could be seen that night. So the four young men quickly got out carrying the dying Michael, Eric also got out of the car, they helped lift his body and thrown in a dirty and smelly dump.
His fall was so violent that he was almost covered with excavated rubbish.
“That’s what should happen to caring people like you. You would rot with the garbage. ” Eric sighed in the distance.
Ryzon lit a fire on the cigarettes again at the same time as the smoke came out. He threw the lighter with the spark in Michael’s direction.
“Oh, you’re so hot. Haha. ”
“Ryzon what did you do? He is still running for salutatorian and we will be upset when he dies. ” the language is Brian.
“Dude, just relax when Minggoy realizes that he will definitely put out the fire. Hehe.” Ryzon’s happy statement while inhaling the smoke of the cigarettes.
“Let’s get out of here… it’s hard for anyone to see us.” Eric orders.
They ran to look around before they got into the car one by one.
The four friends closed the door and Eric started the machine at the same time as he quickly pulled it away from the dumpsite to escape their heinous crime.
“A teenager was found in the dumpsite somewhere in Quezon City. The boy was approximately sixteen to eighteen years old of age whose name is Michael Leop. Allegedly, he got bruises and fractures in his body and he is badly wounded.Authorities believed that some gang might hurt him and throws his body to a nearby dumpsite.For now, he is sent to a hospital with his family. More news about this is an hour. Stay tuned. This is Melanie Cruz, reporting! ”
Eric’s whole body trembled at the flash report heard on TV. Michael’s body was found in the dumpsite and he was lucky to survive despite the beatings they inflicted.
Suddenly his cellphone rang.
He immediately pressed the answer. “Hello.”
“Dude, it’s Jose! Do you know what happened to Michael? ”
“Y-Yes,” Eric replied weakly.
“Let’s go to school and catch up.”
Michael is in a public hospital in relatively critical condition with his family. Many were shocked by the incident but despite everything still could not say who or what really happened to the young man. He was found by a garbage man this morning in the smelly dump. There was quite a bit of a fire that alarmed the man and he quickly called for help from the authorities about what he saw.
His appearance was almost unrecognizable by the number of bruises and fractures he sustained on his face and body. Fortunately, he got the School ID in his pocket.
Unconsciously the dying teenager was taken to the nearest hospital.
His family went to the hospital and was immediately concerned about the bruises and bruises on his body.
His mother as well as the foster sister almost burst into tears as they watched Michael’s condition.
"“If any person without a conscience does this to you, they will pay a great price for the sin they have committed.” said his Mother disgusted with extreme rage.
“Mother, Calm down. Don’t send in your anger, your illness may attack you again later.” the second son’s worried statement.
They stayed in the hospital for a few days to watch over and take care of Michael until they also recovered from his injuries to his whole body.
Graduation was approaching and only prayer could be supported and a small donation from friends, classmates and teachers could help them. They want his recovery and if he can survive before graduation takes place.
Conscience gripped the five friends but they still kept their mouths shut about what had happened. They can’t visit the hospital because they know by the time Michael regains consciousness and wakes up it will definitely be the end of their happy days. But they also demand that the young man be saved despite the vengeance.
A few more weeks passed and Michael was released from the hospital.
The day of the rehearsal for graduation arrived and everyone was excited about the commencement exercise.
Friends and classmates happily welcomed Michael except for five friends. But destiny also gave way for their paths to cross.
Day of the week, one day before graduation. Five friends went to the Mall for a food trip, they had already gone out and were about to cross the road when Michael suddenly grabbed in front of them.
The wounds on his face and large bruises on the nearby part of his lip are still visible as well as the black-eye. His sharp gaze on the five friends is noticeable.
“It’s good that you have recovered. We are happy to see you again Michael. ” There seems to be pleasure in Brian’s words and at that point they also want to ask for apology and reconciliation.
Eric took a moment closer to Michael’s direction.
Eric as well as his friends realized their mistake was made to Michael, and now they want to repent for what they did. They felt a little guilty as they stared at the pitiful bruise on Michael’s face.
“We would like to apologize for all the sins we have done to you. And no one would have known what happened….
“Sorry? That’s how I almost died and then I will receive a sorry from you and forget everything as if nothing happened.?No!I can’t forgive you. You are the cause of all my suffering. You are slaves of the devil. ” Michael shouted as if he was about to cause a scandal on the road.
