Prologue
(Future) This is a story about the most powerful mortal who is from another world. Who is this mysterious mortal and how did he end up in this magical world? Well, let me tell you a little bit about a shattered branch of his family tree. (Past) It all started in a world nearing its end. A world of earth-shattering demi-humans that lived in peace. Unfortunately, conflict erupted between two best friends, once known as the closest of brothers, turned into foes. It is a completely different story for how and why this occurred. The battle that commenced couldn’t even be called one, this was a massacre.
The planet, Novalia, in a kingdom named Lowseroth, was in the midst of its final battle. Where there used to be sun is now covered by clouds of despair. Unusual spheres propelled through the atmosphere of the devastated planet. Where kids used to play and laugh, is now a fresh graveyard with roaring men brutally killing each other. Medieval era weapons hacking away and sorceries piercing through the air, stalling the enemy till a planetary evacuation is complete.
In the distance of the battlefield, there is a castle on the verge of collapse. Inside, two people run through the castle holding onto their babies for dear life. One is the King, name Kai Elrod, (Long Stubble beard, around his 20’s, has brown eyes, black hair also a bit messy, wolf, Attribute: Gravity) and the other, is the Queen, name Lucinda Nora (Long smooth straight black hair, around her 2o’s, purple eyes, wolf, Attribute: Sonic Scream) each carrying one of their children. (One is a boy and the other is a girl) Lucinda worriedly asks where they are headed while looking up into the ash-filled blanks in darkness. Kai responded by telling her to keep running. Annoyed, Lucinda questions her husband again, to which Kai responds saying that they are close. Placated, for now, Lucinda falls silent until they reach their destination.
Stopping at an old bookcase that seems it hasn’t even been glanced at for decades. Kai approaches the bookcase, Lucinda panting in exhaustion behind him. Calling up the well of mystical energy deep within him, Kai guides his magic through his arm and releases it from his hand. The energy collided with the bookcase, which recognized the king’s magic signature, slowly started opening. Becoming frantic, Kai tried to speed up the process by forcing the door open, which luckily did not damage the room. Grabbing Lucinda by the arm, while levitating the sleeping children, rushes her into the newly opened room. Closing the entrance behind them, Kai finally has a sigh of relief and slumps against the wall. Finally having enough, Lucinda demands to know what exactly is going on. Shushing her, he motions to the sleeping babies in the air and whispers to keep her voice down to not wake them up.
Explaining that there was a powerful being bent on world destruction was currently laying siege on the planet. Understanding the situation, the Queen finally settles down, or at least as much as she can. Looking around the room, she noted that it was relatively small and barren. Her breathing finally stabilizing she questioned Kai wondering where exactly they were. Kai explained that an old friend and himself designed and constructed the room. It was silent for a moment before the Queen blandly pointed out that he thought he didn’t have any friends. Hearing that, the king feels and if he’s taking an arrow to his pride, sulks in the corner of the room, muttering to himself that he does indeed have friends. Bringing himself out of his slump, he looks at her, then pointed straight behind her, she turns back and sees an odd-looking pod. She looks back at the King in confusion, to which he explains that this isn’t just some empty room, but a room that can save his kids and his wife's future. Lucinda was left silent, thinking to herself of what he had said to her. Kai walks towards the pod, he pours more magical energy into it, for it to operate. Now the pod is operated, he explains to her that she and the kids are going to start a new life on their new home planet called Ittegmi. Also, he explains that there are other pods as well that their people already used. All of them are headed to the new planet, but they can’t head there yet until the pod that floats before them is launched into the sky. He also added that people from Ittegmi are the same race as they are, but not so strong. The Queen is still silent. Kai continues along with the information about the planet and its people. Now that he is done explaining, he quickly remembers about the controls of the pod and a button that must not be pressed. He knows he doesn’t have much time, so he prays that the possibility of that happening doesn’t happen.
He became hasty, he quickly levitated the children next to the pod. He quickly grabs Lucinda’s wrist and forcibly pulls her to the pod. By the time he was about to put her inside the pod, she got out of his grip and slapped his face. She started to yell at him and demanded why he was acting differently. Kai warned her once but now he roughly grabs the Queen's ears, she starts begging him to stop and gets the message. She rubs her ears, then calmly asks him the same question. He explains that she and the kids are going to a new planet and he fears them dying. She looks down and holds on to his wrist, she squeezed it. Her voice was being static, she asked him another question, she asked, is he going to stay. He reaches to her chin and lifts it so he can make eye contact, what he saw while making eye contact, the watery and glowing eyes. He told her if she is sad, she covered her eyes and said no, and asked him to answer her question. He responded with the answer that she didn’t want to hear. She teared up, even more, she’s upset, she asks why, but her voice was cut off. She squeezes his wrist a little harder. He slowly grabs her hand, he calmly explains a reason why he can’t leave. He wants to protect the ones he loves, and also he explains that he’s King, and a King must fight on the battlefield. She replied saying she understands that, but it’s too much to handle, knowing the results. She brought up an old promise that she made for him, to be by his side, no matter what’s the danger. He smiled, but he knows she can’t stay, and she knows it. She also knows she can’t stay, Kai tells her it’s okay, then hugs her. He explains that as long as she lives on with their children, nothing could make him more alive. While having a touching moment, Kai & Lucinda heard something, an explosion can be heard from a distance. The girl woke up crying due to the noise. Lucinda assumes the enemy got through and their closing in, Kai replies saying no, it’s not them. Lucinda looks at Kai, he looks pale. Kai quickly told Lucinda to get in the pod with the kids. Lucinda was about to say something, but she saw how serious he was about it. She trembles, but she did what she was told.
The explosion was coming close. Lucinda grabs the children and opens the pod, she puts the children in first and makes sure they are comfortable. The explosion is getting louder. She was getting ready to go in, but Kai stopped her by grabbing her hand, he asked for one more request from her. The room started to show its cracks due to the explosions. She accepts while trying her best not to cry, he kissed her and said she was a tuff nut for him. She couldn’t hold on to her tears and was a little mad from that, then he said his final goodbyes. She was about to say goodbye as well, but an explosion came out of nowhere destroying the room. Sudden footsteps can be heard entering the room, an odd suspicious man (Light brown undercut hair, black eyes, around teens, unknown race, Attribute: Unknown) entered the room looking around, then started walking up to a big pile of rubble. While staring at it for quite some time he smiled, he started to talk to the rubble, saying rubbish things, and taunting it. Time was going slow, and you can see a sharpen rod ready to impale him, but quickly dodge it stupidly then backed up. The rubble shakes viciously, then all the rubble spreads all over the place.
Kai locked eyes at the suspicious man, then he told Lucinda to get in the pod and leave immediately. She did as she was told, she got in but she was hesitant going in the pod. She can’t stand the fact that Kai, the love of her life, is going to die along with the planet. She was frozen and crying at the same time knowing she can't do anything, then Kai pushed her in the pod and the pod closed in on the Queen, crying daughter, and a quiet little boy, and the king said the launch code. Lucinda quickly starts pounding on the window but no luck, she starts screaming in tears begging him to not do this. He looks back at her and sees her struggling, the suspicious man is becoming less patient. The pod starts to float straight to the sky, Lucinda suddenly stops struggling, then looks at Kai for the last time from a far distance. The last thing she saw was his smile and saw his lips move a little, then sent off into the sky. Kai watches the sky where the pod vanished that has his family, disappeared into the dark cloudy sky, the suspicious man starts to laugh all of a sudden at the King. He starts saying that for him to not be so sad that his family is now gone, Kai turns towards him and waits for him to finish. He grins so evilly saying that when he’s done with him, he'll come for them next, so they can be together once again. Kai removes his robe and prepares for a bloody fight. The suspicious man starts to crackle while he summons out his weapon (War Sword), Kai summons his weapon (Broadsword) and argues back saying no matter what he says, he won’t in 100 years that he won’t touch his family, he will not ever in his life span complete his true objective. The man was curious about what the King meant by that, so he kindly asked him what his true objective was. If everything was silent around the area, it shows Kai's mouth moving and turning back to the suspicious man, his smile started to fade and he became enraged. The fight between Kai and the man begins.
Back to Lucinda, who is floating around Novalia along with the other pods, while looking around, all she can see is destruction in certain areas, then in an instant, the whole planet has been blown up into pieces. Lucinda just became silent, while looking through the pod, all she can do is just stare into space. While Lucinda was being distracted the boy started to roam around the pod, then a well-hidden red button appeared in a small tight area. He crawls towards it and squeezes in without a problem. Then he pressed the button, the pod suddenly made an announcement saying it’s ready to launch to its two separate destinations. Lucinda was confused until she turned around to realize her son was missing, then the pod announced it’s ready to launch to their two separate destinations in 10 seconds. Lucinda looks desperately looking for her son, 9 seconds, she can’t find him, 8 seconds, Lucinda starts pressing random buttons, 7 6 5 seconds, Lucinda becoming irritated and starts yelling at the pod for counting down too fast, 4 seconds, the girl starts to cry more, 3, she sees a gap, 2 she looks through the gap and sees her son, 1 second, she reaches to her child but, 0, it was too late, the pod announced that it’s ready to go to their separate destination. One pod has split into two, Lucinda looks at the smaller pod that has her son in, she starts to cry, begging the pod to stop. While she was sobbing, both pods had hyper-speed to their destination, one was headed to Ittegmi, and the other one was headed to a random plant that might be the same as Novalia.
After some time passed, the pod that has the small boy, made it to its destination, a planet called earth. While passing through the sky, the infant can see trees all over the place, and he was filled with curiosity. The pod landed slowly on an open and flat surface, the pod opened itself and the boy crawled out. While crawling around the area away from the pod. He spotted a bear, then the bear spotted him then it started to rush towards him. When the bear was getting close, a group of 2 kids (one is 14 years old, black hair bowl cut, brown eyes, one is 12 years old, brown short hair, brown eyes, both humans) and a mother (Short messy brown hair, brown eyes, human, 34 years old) came out of the blue and made loud noises by banging metal together and screaming together, to scare the bear off. It worked, when the bear went away, they all looked at the child then looked back at each other. They wondered why a baby like him was out in the forest with no one around him. They looked back at him one more time then noticed he was getting sleepy. So the mother doesn’t care about what, why, and how, the mother just picks up the child and tells her kids they are heading home. They agreed, they all walked together through the forest, heading home with a child, from another world.
End Prologue
(Sneak peek) 100 years later. There are collectibles, artifacts, and accessories slowly being shown, also you can hear muffled words from a far distance. Then slowly showing a picture of a happy family is being shown, then an explosion comes out of nowhere destroying everything that was being shown.
