"I love that some folks call this a book. It is a beautiful, heartfelt story. I loved the theme of it. Though, I feel a few loose ends could have been tied up. It gets an 8/10 from me. Mayne a few more bits of interaction/dialogue from Angela's parents, and no skimping on the steamy details! Question for the author: Have you never written sex scenes before? If not, no worries. If you want tips: Picture yourself in an intimate moment with your own lover. Focus on the minute details, and the rest will flow from there. <3"

Quite a good novel
"Initially I thought this would be some regular romantic novel, but as soon as I started reading it, I was hooked to it till the end. It's definitely a great novel, if made a movie, it could turn out to be a blockbuster! Totally loved the Regatta experience! Pls keep writing such nice novels in the future. Best Luck."

Pure enjoyment
"This is a nice, romantic story about a love between two childhood friends who meet after 20 years. It is also a story about how life can get complicated just when you decide you would make it as simple as possible. Angela and Andrew seem to experience exactly that. But what is important is that they get through everything and eventually and up together, which is what they both wanted and deserved. The story is written in a nice and amusing way. It kept me interested throughout and made me curious about what is next to happen. The romantic detail with Andy giving her the “A+A” carved in a long time ago was a bit too much for me (although it seems childish) and that was the moment which almost made me cry. This is a very enjoyable and amusing story and I believe it would be a great movie."

"I liked the book. All of it, except the part where they put so much emphasis on how their faces are beautiful. Sculpted bodies is okay, but concentrating so much on faces and whether she had or not applied makeup is so stupid and clichéd. We're in the 21st century for god's sake"

"I can really see in my mind the small lake community, the colorful boats, the cottages, the lake, the tiny shops in town - an entire gamut of images made real to me by the author. I can feel how they feel, taste what they taste, smell what they smell - all marks of a good writer👍. A romantic at heart, I root for the A couple, Andy and Angela. I’m still at Chapter 9 but I wish that they untangle the binds they find themselves in and move into each other’s arms and lives. "
