Dear inspector? that's not a formal way to call a police officer! But Anne is so desperate for answers that she does it anyway. Anne is a 17-year old girl who can't accept her sister's death as a suicide. Since no one helped her she decided to do it herself. This story consists of a series of letters, essays, reports to the inspector regarding the case of her dead sister since the case closed. There are also some poems about her sister in order to cope with the loss.
Dear inspector,
I heard you closed the case of my sister. I request you to re-open the case. I’ve come with more evidence that she has been killed and that the killer is still lurking around. I am willing to put this sicko behind bars. Please let me help. I miss my sister so much. I just want her back with me.
