Prologue
From the beginning of time, there have always been unexplainable things. UFO landings, what wiped out the dinosaurs, untranslatable documents, disappearing islands/ villages and even some ACCIDENTAL plagues. Most of these things are passed for science or lies or even hallucinations or some other nonsense in recent years, but humans have noticed them before. The witch hunts for example, which are now blamed on superstitious villagers. Or the ‘mythology’ of the Ancient Greeks and Romans. These couldn’t possibly have happened, right? Wrong. All of these things, and many more did exist. Of course, there are some lies and extensions of the truth. Hercules for one. All he really was was a plain liar. Most Gods, for another. They did have gifts, but they weren’t extraordinary in anyway.
The beings that cause these unexplainable things, call themselves Gifteds. There are many of them, some able to blend in easily with humans, (such as fairies or witches, wizards and warlocks or, sometimes, elves) and others only being allowed to go outside in the secured areas, such as gnomes, vampires, cenataurs or homolanigers (nicknamed woollies)
