Chapter 1: Grey Storm
I blink my eyes against the raging winds that blow so furiously that it is becoming hard to walk and see through them. There's a certain tune coming from somewhere in the woods to which my footsteps are involuntarily directing me; as if some magnet is pulling me towards it. Suddenly, my surroundings get washed with white light before a thunder bolt tears the sky open. A few moments later, it starts raining and the tune stops playing. I search my surroundings but find no clue of any direction. It's hard to make out anything under such a heavy downpour. There is a certain transition in the atmosphere that has me turning my eyes towards the sky. The strange thing is that even though it's raining so heavily, my eyes don't seem to register this fact and keep on looking unblinkingly at the sky. The grey sky starts changing its colour until it's becomes a beautiful mixture of grey and blue. The next moment I know, the scene shifts and in place of the sky, a pair of blue-grey eyes stare into mine. I hear my name being called in a deep voice and I believe it belongs to the same pair of eyes that is holding me captive for God. Before I can make anything out it, I am suddenly struck to the hard and wet ground.
