The Legend of the Double Dragon Sword
Mirei stepped onto the platform.
“Everyone, please welcome Crown Princess Mirei!” Queen Naydra said, putting the Pendragon Crown on Mirei’s head. The people of the kingdom of Pendragon clapped. “I would like to give my niece something special.” A voice said from behind Mirei. “Oh, hello Dinraal.” King Farosh smiled. “Here, Mirei.” Uncle Dinraal handed her a sword with a green blade and a black handle. On the end was a dragon carved from gold. “The royal Double Dragon Sword.” He whispered. Everyone clapped. “Thank you, Uncle!” Mirei shouted, nearly knocking him over in a hug.
Mirei stopped in front of a statue of Satori Pendragon, the one who brought the kingdom to life. Bowing her head, she paid respect and walked away.
