Chapter 1

I’m here at the mall right now. Sunday so I decided to go out. Have a date with myself. It was boring because I was left alone at home. My dad, even on sunday he was at work. They are finishing a project. My mom, on the other hand, visited her friends. She wanted me to go with her but I refused.

I am only child. I don't have siblings so my life is kinda boring. That's why I used to be outside to get rid of my boredom.

By the way, I just finished window shopping. And now, I'm here at a food court. Eating alone. I don't have any friends here but even so, I can still enjoy, just like today. I enjoy eating king burger while looking around the mall. There are lot of people today. Of course Sunday. It's a family day. Coincidentally, my parents are busy but that's okay with me. I'm not a child anymore.

Ah right! Before I forget. I'm going to the bookstore. I will buy a new book again. The book is really my intention here at the mall. Because my books at home are old and I don't know how many times I've read them. I love reading books. That's what I'm used to, especially when I can't do anything. When I'm lazy to go out, I just read all day. I read while imagining things that sometimes don’t happen in real life.

It's 4:30 pm. I need to go to the bookstore. For sure Mom is home. She'll be worried when I'm not home yet. I quickly finished my meal and left the food court.

The bookstore is on the second floor. Fortunately I found it right away. I went there and looked for the book I wanted to buy. Exactly there is only one copy left. I went to the counter to pay for what I bought. When I came out of the bookstore I suddenly felt the call of nature so I immediately ran to the restroom.

When I came out of the restroom, something suddenly bumped into me so I dropped the paperbag I was holding. I winced at the guy who bumped into me. He didn't even bother to look back at me. He was just walking straight.

I just shrugged. I picked up my paper bag and found a wallet. I picked it up too and looked at the guy again. He is far away from me. He probably owned this wallet so I immediately ran and poked his back.

He turned around and he seemed like irritable but in fairness he's handsome. Very handsome. I don't know if this guy in front of me is still a human or something like a greek. Kidding.

"H-Hi ... is this yours? I saw it" I said and handed him the wallet.

He looked at what I was handing him. He took the wallet from me while looking at me seriously. He just stared at me and suddenly he turned around and walked away. I was left speechless.

What the ---- is that it? No thank you?

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
