Dark and gripping

"This is not my usual choice of reading material, but the spookiness of it was cool. It was fast-paced and kept you on your toes about what would happen to each character. I liked the descriptions and the complicated relationships between the kids that added to the suspense and made you wonder if we would get a happy ending or not. It's a good, different read that kept me wondering just how everything was going to work out. "
