“It All begins with little curiosity”
It was past 15 minutes class time and Khaled was late to class again, as he was rushing towards his Occult class,
he was still in deep thought about the fight he had with his girlfriend Inayah previous night and Inayah called an end to it, you can just say by that boy he was in terrible mess and Professor Hamad wasn't going to spare him this time. As he slowly tried sneak he saw professor is not in class and there He took a sigh of greater relief
"Boy, this would have been my last day if Professor caught me late for class"
murmured Khaled to himself, he didn't think of wasting time near that stupid door and headed straight to his seat, on right corner he sees Inayah doodling in her note books Khaled thought of calling Inayah but Professor rushed in class
"Sorry guys, I was just held up to gather few stuffs for today's topic, trust me you'll love this one"
said Professor Hamad , students were curious except Khaled he was still in his own thoughts.
Professor pulls out pen-drive and few charts from his bag and he starts his class
"Today we will be discussing about an incident that occurred in Palma de Mallorca, of Spain "
and this topic was different to all students cause usually professor's classes would be boring to everyone, but this time it was different, professor seemed unusually enthusiastic about this topic and there was different air surrounding him. Professor continued
"This is story of young teenager named A'anaa Saltzman and her diary which is considered to be cursed by her death and tragedy which was a mystery all along to decades and still remains a mystery but it is said that key to this is also written in her and even about her death"
As professor was going deep into his topic the curiosity in class was getting higher and this even caught Khaled's attention as well.
In middle of the professor's explanation Sabrina raises her hand to ask her question, Professor
"YES Sabrina, may I Know what your question is".
Sabrina asks
"Professor My question is Does this Diary still exist?? Do we have any clue how it looks?"
this question created a little tension in class, as you can say Sabrina was always a little extra attentive in Occult class, for her she takes all topics as personal and she was always wanted to explore paranormal events by herself, so getting back to question back, Professor gives her a smile then says
"it always begins with little curiosity, isn't it?"
unsure of what that means students wait for professors answer, the professor says
"Yes, this diary exists, it is said to be locked up in an archives of Lebanese , unlike other artifacts or any other mystic objects this is kept separate from public accessibility by that I mean.."
Professor leans forward and says
"Nobody is allowed to read that or take a glance of it"
this makes an the class little curious by professor's Answer.....professor then says "Relax I'm Just kidding, it is in archive but I managed to get pictures as my cousin Scott is head authority of that archive here some picture of it"
students take a sigh but Sabrina's face tells how much she wants to solve this mystery of Cursed Diary, Khaled notices Sabrina's aggression of how badly she wants to solve this, but stuck in own misery Khaled ignores that for now and pretends to be listening to Professor Hamad, he changed the slides and shows pictures of infamous cursed diary which had caught everyone's attention and also a mystery unsolved for decades. it's covers were made from some sort of leather and also has few pages burnt and damaged, it was evident that someone tried erase that diary or maybe 'destroy' it, but failed to do so not wholly but partially, students start to murmur and start discussing about this and Zeenath shakes up Inayah from her doodling art and brings her attention to class, unbothered about the class Inayah just looks around and notices Khaled constantly staring at her, Khaled waves at her and Inayah just ignores that pretending she didn't notice him, feeling more hurt Khaled tries to walk toward Inayah but as soon he got up here goes class the bell and Inayah rushes out of class and Khaled just stands still with a blank look on his face and it obvious you can say he his Heart Broken.
Professor starts packing up his things and he drops off his pen-drive, Sabrina sees professor is unaware she takes this an opportunity for her mission and she grabs that without anyone noticing, but Khaled sees Sabrina picking up professors pen-drive, but acts as he didn't notice this.
By this time Sabrina herself wasn't aware what she was getting herself into, nor she was aware of the consequences that would catch up to her. But all this goes as professor said
"It All Begins with little curiosity, isn't it?........"
