It was the leaky tap that woke me up. The constant dripping sound over and over again without fault. You must be wondering where I am. All I remember is that I was picking wild mushrooms in the forest in the mild summer sun and I tripped over a log and a shadow passed me the only thing I remember about him was a yellow pin badge then I passed out and here I am. It smelt like rotting wood and it was cold even though it was summer. I was lying on a soggy mattress I sat up and realized little insects were underneath the mattress doing their daily routine. The room was dark except for the sun peeking through the spiderweb-like window. As I stood up pain shot into my ankle it felt like a knife pushing deeply into my skin. I pushed aside the door which had woodworms picking through it. I limped across to the room opposite mine. This room had old duffel bags with stuff inside them and there we at least 50 of them piled on top of each other in the room. I turned back in disappointment as my stomach growled in annoyance. All that was left was a creaking hallway now with two open rooms in front before finishing with the front door. The room on the left had a table with a white cloth over a mannequin-shaped object. However, what I saw made my stomach overpower my thinking, I charged over to the fridge.
