"I totally fell in love with this story and the characters depicted by its author. The writing style is smooth, beautiful and very enjoyable. The characters are deep, truthful and very human. If you're looking for superheroes, you'll find none here. If you're looking for an inspiration: read this book. The main character is so perfectly drawn that he will open your eyes on how to be the best possible version of yourself. The only small piece of advice I'd give to the writer would be to find an effective way to mark the changes of povs, cause it happened more than once that I didn't notice the change immediately and had to reread one or two paragraphs to get a hold of what was happening. This book is TERRIFIC. Read it. Drink it. Breathe it."

"Being the first sports book I’ve read, it was quite enjoyable. I could place myself in the game or on the sidelines. I didn’t expect to read the religion or spirituality pieces and I liked that too. The best thing about this book is not the twists and turns, or the many delicate topics that it addresses like race, alcohol addiction, and gender, but the true message of the story. A great read and write. Thank you to the author. "

"Beautiful! No out of the world adventure. No extremely focused and passionate love story. No fantasy. And still it was beautiful. It portrays the most important concept of seeing beyond colour, race, gender, nationality, religion etc and instead being able to see the soul. To be able to see sth beautiful in everyone and strive to bring it forward. That’s what Coach Anderson was amazing at! Loved the book and all the characters♥️"
