"I really enjoyed this story, but I was disappointed at the ending without knowing the truth if 2 characters did, in fact, get together. There were alot of mistakes in grammar and proofreading. The author needs a better proofreader. Hopefully there will be a sequel to this story. Overall, Good Job! makapueo65 "

Laid-back writing but interesting plot
"Chapters 1-3: I don't usually enjoy mystery stories very much, but I'm really liking this one so far. It seems like a bit of a laid-back story, with a chill protagonist and a peaceful setting. I like Henry's character, with his loner-type attitude and his domestic issues. The fact that he is a detective makes him interesting and authoritative. I liked the amount of realism you gave these chapters, from the casual conversation to the reactions from people about the murder. I'm definitely curious to see what happens next in this story. The writing itself was flawless and evocative. Nothing really distracted from the story. The only reason I marked it down is because it seems like a pretty stereotypical mystery thus far. Which could definitely change depending on what happens next! I like this a lot so far. Great work!"

"There is plot, there is climax n thr certainly is content.. but the pace is very slow... or may be the elements r not properly aligned to create thrill or suspense in the readers mind... even the romance between thm looks disgusting sumhow"

Guy on a Train
"The plot is fun. The sex seems to pop up uninvited as if he was told after the fact that there needed to be sex. Lots of recipes. Not sure why. But the plot is still fun."
