The invasion
Hey! This is my second attempt at writing a book! I hope you enjoy it and I would love feed back!! Sorry if there are some mistake's!! This is a short first chapter!

Gunshots fire as children scream, trying to find their parents. I hold on for dear life hoping no one finds me.
A Woman and her lover run past trying to take cover from the shots the strange men fire.
I can't see their faces but I can hear them as they talk in a strange tongue and shout commands.
¡Apresúrate! ¡Más rápido!
(Hurry up! Faster!)
There ship landed less than four hours ago. My mother and and father decided to let them be and continue on with our day, as did many other adults.
Now we will all pay for our parents stupidity.
My hands ball up into fists as I watch my classmates get pulled out from under there desks. They scream and thrash as they try to loosen the hold there captors have on them. But it makes no difference...
One way or anyother we will all be dead or prisoners by sundown. Thoes who got death are lucky.
Death is the quick way out.
I believe death is just like sleeping. In a way you don't actually know you fall asleep until you wake up. Therefore you wouldn't know you died unless you went to an afterlife.
Snaped out of my thought's, I squeeze my eyes shut and hold my breath, hoping I'm not next as a man runs past. It's every man for themselves, and I intend to stay alive tonight.
Slowly i inch back toward the wall, trying to get further from away from the men holding my friends by there necks.
I watch as they inspect them, looking them up and down.
Some of the girls get thrown on the floor and shot, others shoved into a Metal cage like animals as they slowly get higher.
They are taking them to their sky ship.
They only do this to the women.. they have been ordered to shoot the men on site.
I watch as boots bigger than my head come closer to me. Slowly, like there trying to scare me.
It works.
I scream as I'm thrown out from under my hiding spot onto the cold hard floor by my neck. I don't look at them. That would cause me more harm.
I listen as one of the men laugh at me.
The oldest man says "pathetic." as he spits on me "Throw her in the box."
My eyes widen in fear as I'm kicked into the cage with others, my head hitting the side, before I pass out.
