"This was a very nice read. The characters were well-developed and likable...even the antagonist was hard to dislike. I could easily see this story as a Hallmark movie. Although the ending was predictable, it seemed to have been a bit rushed. The prologue felt like it should be a final chapter instead. It was the right ending, but left the reader curious about what might happen next...perhaps that could’ve been hinted at in a prologue. I’m looking forward to more work from this talented author. Thanks!"
