The first thing you notice is the savory scent of burgers and steaks permeating the air, with the lighter waft of chicken pastas and seafood lingering not far behind. A server passes with a giant Caesar salad for the table closest to the door.

Now, it’s your turn. This is your imagination after all. Your getaway. Is Café Blush hip and contemporary? Old World Rustic? Minimalistic? Bohemian? Allow your mind to find the artistic palette of its choice, coating the walls, furniture, and décor with an atmosphere that suits you best.

As your eyes land on a seat at the bar, you move towards it. Do you have to meander through the crowd, or is it relatively empty? Either way, the air is pleasant and hospitable—all the pressures of reality are left outside.

Just before the bartender arrives, your eyes alight on the shots section of the menu.

“What can I get you?”

“All of them?” The bartender queries, and you nod.

“Yeah, I’ve got a few friends coming in a minute and these will be fun. But I’ll start with a shot of Tequila before they get here.”

The bartender grins. “Coming right up.”
