Introduction
This is a story I’m just starting on and will be up in due course. I prefer to upload a story in full, rather than a chapter or two at a time; where the reader looses the flow.

The year is 2325 and much has moved on. The United Terra Empire (UTE) was formed in 2030, after a Global disaster in 2025 wiped out around a third of the world’s population. A meteorite crashed to earth and between the impact and the fallout thereafter, it forced the world’s nations to unite to make sure that earth wasn’t extinct. While we still have Countries like the UK, America and Australia, to name a few, the UTE Council (UTEC) represents the whole Globe and all its species.
Most live peacefully and many illnesses have died out. One major issue that came to light in 2030, was that many species lost their soul mates. Because they didn’t want to take a chosen mate which could have been for another, plus the fact that many relationships for humans ended in separation and bitterness, the UTEC approved a system in which all could be matched at the molecular level. Using the latest technology, DNA sequencing and a lot of other technical knowledge, related to blood, pheromones and personality analysis; Sequencing of Organic pheromone DNA, stimulating Unique reactors of Love (S.O.U.L.) was created; between the age of 18 to 21, you activated your profile to find your other half.
For the most part UTE worked out well, democratically elected members at local and global level keep the world safe. There were issues of course, there were still things that needed police and security, as those living on the planet were not genetically modified; still human, wolf, vampire or witch to list a few species that lived together.
The main headache was the Nonconformists who wished for a world like the 21st century. There were communities all around the globe where these people could live peacefully and left to their own governance, unless of course they came into towns and cities causing mischief, such as theft and graffiti.
Witch Coven’s, Wolf Packs, Vampire Clans and Faye could still govern their groups as traditionally as possible, but within the scope of the UTEC law, just like religions of humans, although many fizzed out in 2025 due to humans not understanding how their God could allow the event to happen.
A few wolf packs followed the strict male descendant of the Alpha to run the pack, although they could be voted out if there were issues. Mostly ceremonial, due to the laws, those in the pack took it seriously. Other packs, clans, etc voted in a new leader every 25 years or sooner if needed. All citizens voted for the UTE council globe and local every 10 years and a person could only take office once.
