"All students and staff should immediately leave the school, this is not a drill I repeat this is not a drill". Kids and adults all around the schools ran out of all exits some out the windows depending on what floor they were on. But not even 20 minutes after everyone ran out of the school the outside grounds were covered in deadly rates once a person would walk out they would be attacked and the rats would eat them to death.
So that left a group of students and one teacher stuck in the school. The school's "best couple" Davon and Lily, two best friends Derek and Jasmine, the school's loner Kirk and the science teacher Mr. Hall. They all were sitting on top of desks scared to even touch the floor just in case the rats find their way into the school.
"what do we do," Lily said near tears, "what can we do drama princess, there's no way to possibly leave", kirk said sarcasm all in his tone. "aye man don't talk to her like that," Davon said from the desk next to her, kirk just rolled his eyes. "Calm down students, someone should be coming to help there's no way the government is not going to check the schools", Mr. hall said trying to calm the students down. "he is right they have to check the schools", Derek said "but what if they don't huh, what then do we just sit here and do nothing huh, just die in schools cause a butch of man-eating rats is that it is", jasmine spoke quick and frighten almost near tears. Derek sign hugging her "Calm down it's worse to panic. Mr. Hall picked up his phone dialing 911 the phone went straight to the answering machine. He sign knowing there wouldn't be an answer for hours.
"what are we going to do now" Jasmine spoke. Davon put his feet on the ground standing up "Let's go see if there's a way to escape". everyone looked at him as if he had two heads "nigga sit your stupid ass down" Derek said causing most of them to laugh a little "Bro damn you got a better idea", Davon said upset with being called out and laugh at. "ion know maybe wait for a lil longer then an hour before trying to leave with man-eating rats outside". Derek said in a duh tone "Whatever" Davon said sitting back on the desk. "Naw, catch an attitude with him as you did me" Kirk spoke causing Davon to turn around "Man goes on somewhere instigating," Davon said getting irritated. Kirk just laugh a little before looking down.
"how the hell are you guys laughing and auguring like we aren't close to being dead even if we are in the school we won't live long without food and water and you guys laughing", lily said frantic, "Well if we're going to die might as well laugh a little" kirk said. "not everyone walks around wanting to die and cutting themselves" lily yelled back upset with the fact kirk wasn't taking things seriously. Kirk's eyes dropped "Lily don't push your luck with me I promise I will make it my mission to make sure you the first one dead", kirk spoke his tone dropping showing he was serious. Everyone around them got quiet at the random threat not expecting it, even Devon not saying anything. "okay let's just leave it alone guys" Mr. Hall said "Yeah it's never that serious" Jasmine spoke up.
40 minutes have passed since then and everyone was starting to freak out at the fact they were stuck here it was approaching 4 aka around time everyone besides the after-school program kids would be just getting settled at home. Everyone was kinda minding their business when all of a sudden Davon got up "Man we gotta try to get out bro it's been hours we can't just sit here and do nothing". "Bro didn't we just tell you when we first got here no", Kirk said "on god, bro let's at least wait for tomorrow to see how it goes". Derek said
