Chapter 1
The girl is running inside the woods trying to escape from the killer who is following all the way to kill her…she runs further inside the woods and tries to hid but couldn’t find anything…then she hears a footsteps which is coming behind…the sound is too loud as if the killer is coming near to her…she runs where her legs takes her….she runs as fast as she can….then she sees the hut in the dark forest and goes inside to ask for help from the people staying there….
The killer comes running inside the forest and searchers for the woman who had tricked him to escape…he was very furious when she jumped from the car while going away from the city…it’s was dark and he couldn’t find where she went….he goes further and looks for her…then his eyes falls on the hut which is not too away from him….he knows she must have gone there so he too walk towards the hut slowly.. as he wants to make sure no one is staying there….
The girl bangs the door and ask for help…and waits for someone to open... the time is ticking and looks around to see if the killer is coming behind….she can see silhouette of that man who is coming towards the hut….she bangs the door again and to her horror no one is opening…then her eyes falls on the door knob where the lock is seen…she smacked her head internally and runs to the other side to find other way to hid herself from that killer….
The climate changes and rains start to pour…. the killer was fully deranged in the rain and saw the lady running to other side of the hut…he smiles evilly and walks slowly….
The lady finds the way inside the hut through the cracked window…with the help of her purse she breaks the glass and jumps inside and hides behind the sofa…the place is in complete dark and she prays to god to save her…. she keeps her palm on her mouth when she hears someone walking around the hut outside…. she closes her eyes in fear….
After sometime when sound was not coming from outside… she thought the killer might have gone from there after not finding her anywhere… but gives some time to make sure the man gone from that place…then after few minutes when she doesn’t hear anything except for the water droplets…she takes sign of relief and stands up…
But to her horror the back door opens with the bang and the killer comes inside the with heavy rod in his hand…with that sudden entry of killer inside the hut, the girl falls down and tries to move backward to protect herself from him…tears starts to flow making her eyes blur…the killer couldn’t take it anymore and moves forward….
Without waiting for any more seconds, killer raised the rod above his head and then…
Bang……

The girl of 26, opens her eyes by hearing the sound of alarm which is on the side table…she switch off and gets up... she finds herself with laptop along with some papers and pen….then realized that she had been writing the climax scene for her upcoming novel….looks like while writing the scene she fell sleep on the bed….her doorbell rings and she looks at the time thinking who would that be in the early morning…
The girl opens door and sees the milkman with bottles …. she opens the door widely and gives him the old empty bottles for refill…. seeing her tired face, the milk man smiles…
“which scene are you writing today Karishma di…” said the milkman and gives her the filled bottles…
“well of course the murder scene….” Said Karishma and yawns tiredly….
“when I am going to get part in your novel …I too have some ideas for the story….” said the milkman with the smile…
“I am working on my plots right now…but I will come to you…when I run out of ideas…”
“okay… see you around…and I forgot…good morning….”
“good morning chotu…have a great day…” said Karishma and closes the door…
She goes to the kitchen and prepares herself a tea…then freshen up and sits on the floor with morning tea and newspaper near the balcony…she reads the news while enjoying the tea…. she reads every headlines and sublines…then suddenly her eyes fells on the missing article…she keeps the cup on the floor…starts to read it carefully…
The girl of 10,went missing from the street…she was coming from her fencing class around 7 and couldn’t reach her home in time…the police believe that the child might have abducted near her house…the police doing their job well…she was wearing a pair jeans till her knees with white shirt….she was also wearing a school bag….if you get information on this girl please contact the police….
Karishma keeps the paper on the table and takes the scissors from the draw…she cuts the article…..then pins it on the sheets of wall and walks back…there are many missing child articles along with many suspect on the wall… she made herself a private board in her room….this room is little dark with dim lights around…..she had been doing some research on these missing kids for many years and trying to find answers for them…then goes out by closing the door behind…
After having the breakfast, she gets ready and checks her phone for any notification from her work…as today is her day off so gets relived to find nothing except for the bills which she had to pay before the due….she locks her house and comes out with her side bag….before she walks the stairs someone calls her behind…she turns and gives a sheepishly smile to her owner…
“how many days…. how many days I have to wait? it’s been three months you still hadn’t paid your bills…” said owner…
“I know I am late… I didn’t get my salary and its getting a little bit late. and I asked my friends to led some money... once I get that I pay every bill of yours. just please excuse me this time…” said Karishma with puppy…
“alright... I give you one-month time… if someone comes for the rent I have to give him a room.. just remember that…
“thank you so much…. I will pay your bills as soon as possible…” said Karishma and goes from there….
At the mall…
Karishma is looking for the new dress in the store…she had been trying to get new cloths for herself but couldn’t get time due to work load…. she checks each counter and finds herself black long coat…she takes that and goes near the mirror…she wears and checks herself in the mirror with the smile…. She liked it and then her eyes fells on the another top…she takes that too checks herself…. she was looking happy and thought to try another one when suddenly someone screamed outside the store…
All the customer as well as the employees in the store panics and runs outside to see what is happening in the mall…Karishma keeps the dress aside and she too runs outside to see…the store is at the second floor ….she comes out and looks down in the middle of mall where the man is holding a knife on a young woman’s neck threatening everyone to move away….Karishma also noticed a young boy who is on the ground with pool of blood….seeing the boy lying on the floor restless ,Karishma concluded that he is dead…and now that man is trying to kill that girl too…
Everyone around that man trying to stop him from harming the girl but that man was furious seeing the crowd in front of him and pressure on the knife increases…. he presses the knife deeply on her neck making deep cut…the young girl winces in pain and starts to cry…she already lost her boyfriend and now she too going to die in the hands of psycho….
“don’t come near me…. or else I will kill this girl…. (with little scared by looking around the mall) why don’t you understand…. i never wanted to hurt him nor this girl…but they made me to do it…. if they had listened to me…I wouldn’t have killed him…so now please leave me…” said man with so much anger on his face…
Karishma who had been listening to him… been hiding behind the store…she looks front and sees the man back who is holding the girl…his hand is around her neck, chocking her…if he doesn’t move or do nothing then the girls will die due to loss of breath…
Karishma noticed that the man is stumbling on words and also getting little emotional seeing the crowd…that means he is getting anxiety seeing the people around him….
seeing this good opportunity Karishma slowly go towards him not making any nose… the man is still talking and holding the girl…. Karishma comes closer to the man and kicks his leg harshly…. with that sudden action the man loses his balance and leaves the girl…Karishma immediately holds his hand and twists at the back making him pain…the knife fells down from his hand and cries in pain the girl falls down near him and tries to breath…
the crowd were studded to see this and gets relieved seeing the girl on the floor safe…the security who were trying their best to stop him, comes near her and holds the man tightly….
“don’t move people…. witnesses are not allowed to move from this place…stay where you are…and don’t touch anything…This is Crime Scene now….” Said Karishma while checking the girl and boy…
“uhh…. who are you…” asked one of the securities who is holding the madman…
“I am Special Crime Team Leader, Karishma Singh…I request you all to corporate with me during the investigation….”
The crowd was really amused by her act. Karishma gets up and looks around the crowd…. then she takes her phone and dials the number…
