As a mafia leader, Maya had lived her life with some secrets and a girl with a lot of scars during her fight against evil. To catch the criminals she become one and forgot who she was. She held a lot of burdens and managed to live a life as a university kid who struggled to push back the feelings she’s developing for the boy she never imagined falling in love with.
Maya tried hard to get the tingling feelings out of her chest when she is around Lance. Little did she know when her enemies will find out about her one more little weakness what harm they’ll cause her.
Lance is a boy who lived next room to Maya and is so much into books, believing in the fantasy romance of the pages .He met a girl with many secrets and starts to realize he is living a life that is more realistic and romantic than the life in books.
