Darkness looms doorways we once walked through,
shades cascade rays of hate entering rooms we stayed,
lust intertwines your sheets,
love is only blind cause its insides are too dark to see,
thought we’d meet in the middle, but you never left your feet,
true heartbreak side effects never cease,
therefore my life has become one big bad dream,
lovebirds busier than bees got me stung to death,
somehow I still feel its sting,
getting over you is a mountain climb and I’m hanging by a string,
heartbreak got me questioning will these links attached to you ever leave or sink,
without it or you, I’m fucking lonely....
