Chapter 1
Boys will be boys
And so will a lot of really old men.
They treat girls like toys
Easily discarded into a bin.
And they have the audacity
To say women don’t have the capacity
To whack them with a baseball bat
Send them flying,
Screaming like a dying rat.
And to those who say it’s the testosterone
They cant help the hostile tone
Then why don’t you, poor immature
Get held back a grade
I’d even pay,
Till you’re more secure?
Girls shouldn’t major in math
Because all of them know
STEM’s not in our line
But it’s fine,
At least I can tell you
If the number of female rape victims
Is prime.
But some boys are nice
And wouldn’t hurt a group of mice…
Until those mice don’t think they’re nice
And move on with their very nice life
Meanwhile those “nice boys”
Are still screaming about
How thrilled they’d be
If you weren’t so filled with doubt.
Of course it’s not all men
That arent very zen
But it’s enough
That it makes it very tough.
And so, mister mighty male,
You don’t seem to comprehend
That while it might entail
That I was talking about you, a…”friend”
I was most honestly
Thinking you’d act a bit more modestly
And choose not to insert your percussion
Into a classical masterpiece by Beethoven
Whose purpose was for the women…
So now we have to have this discussion
Because of the shattered peace
You leave to be made clean
By the women who you so desire
To stay in the kitchen.
But you forgot one important thing
While you live life as a king
The kitchen is where the knives are
So you’d best run far,
Leave that door ajar.
Your main goal
Seems to be derailing conversations
That not a soul
Would be having in the entire nation
If it wasn’t for your implications.
