Chapter 1
The moment he was born his mother knew he was going to be a great man. He had potential he cried louder than other babies had more growth walked and he did count numbers like he knew what they meant. He sat down earlier he crawled into shades when it was a sunny day. He was going to be someone.
What should he be?
"What he had the world at his fortune."
"Another thing he had been born very small."
"We cannot do a thing about that."
"He would outgrow all of that."
His mother was worried her doctor's material son was too small. Want was not the issue what was it? Noting his weight became obsessive.
So he studied and became a doctor and he did well.
"You must marry."
"Who?"
"My best friend." Said his mum.
"Old enough to be my mum."
"I married an older man look it will be okay. Marriage between immature minds and bodies and maturity turn out well."
So he married.
"Of course, he did everything she told him and besides the woman was rich.
They lived and worked in splendid gooders and did well. They did the doctor industry proudly.
Seven years passed and he became bored and bored. His patients were kind towards him. He did not go without but his morals prevented him from destroying marriages. He did better off if he made them nursing staff. They got a lot of satisfaction out of that.
He was lonely not at all he had stepchildren as old as himself. Big ugly as furniture and they did not matter to him they would inherit they told him. They snubbed him and told him he was a good lay for a while. Their mother's mines would be intact because entailed.
Then the housemaid had to learn to walk in elegant clothes and speak French. He had to marry her. French in the good old days is the language o love not of flow.
They wrote to each other in French and it improved both of them.
But his mother's house and the housemaid were in tatters as she did not like her unpleasant boss.
"People are so jealous of me. " She said.
"Just be patient." He told her."I am studying something to add to my qualifications and then we can hop it to wherever we like."
"To England?"
"Anywhere."
They had sex and then spent she said words to him in that four-poster bed and that made her his. But the thing was he did not want her to be his mistress. He loved. He truly did.
His whole situation was impossible he hated the wedding ring and hid it as much as pos2sible.
Some even wondered if he had been married because the marriage should have been annulled.
His popularity was such. He was like a film star. He was always doing the good and making it with the bad. He needed nursing staff. He had no compassion for the lazy and the layout or the ignorant.
He worked night and day and did many people harm and good like a man should do. He did not set about doing harm and he did not settle any old sores. He just did.
"I made a mistake. I married an older woman and now my youth calls for this siren."
His stature improved but not his height. Some even thought he was still a boy. His life was spent doctoring the medicines did not work because there were no medicines.
He startled everyone by building a hospital. His wife's money. He had not told her about his plans of eloping and taking the maid.
"My sires will be delighted."
She went on sarcastically, my great son is such a one for them who lost it. He can't tell me anything new perhaps he will grow out of this as well? He did grow out o toys and such stuff.
"I am never lost for words but on the wards, it must be deathly dull for him to pick this vibrant one."
He knew he should have but it had not crossed his mind that she would be so upset.
