Good evening ladies and gentlemen, we have sent a special message from the government itself explaining the “Captain Checkmate” itself. Here it is:

Hello folks in the US and around the globe. I am sure most, if not all, already know about “Captain Checkmate”. Today, let us talk about him in detail. No one knows exactly who he is or how he got here.
He calls himself “Captain Checkmate” The captain claims that he comes from the land of “unknown”. But we cannot be sure if he is telling the truth. Many people have heard many stories about him. Each one is different from the previous one.
The most common statement of the captain is that he claims to be the last living pirate from Los Angeles. So we can not be sure if he is really honest with the people he talks to. Some police departments in the city and some private investigators have shown interest in the captain.
He has been seen all over the world, from the U.S. to Australia, drinking alcohol or eating junk food. This would all be normal, but he was seen in all these places within 30 minutes. The public and the government do not know if they should be afraid of him.
There was no indication that he was dangerous or offensive. People saw that he had a holster on his belt, but they did not see anything that resembled a real firearm. In case anyone wants to know what he looks like, the description is as follows:
A white male, 6′3", well built white long hair.
Most commonly seen: Wearing a black fedora, black overcoat, Black suit pants, and black suit Shoes.
Always seen: Carrying a black walking stick, a brown leather holster with something odd in it. (probably a toy or decoy)
Special Characteristics: He was seen limping, but sometimes it was the right leg, sometimes the left, and sometimes he did not limp at all. So it is assumed that he is just acting
As for his face, not many people can describe it because they could not get that close to the captain. However, some details can be seen from a distance. People claim to have seen some kind of scar on his face. He has neither a beard nor a mustache.
If anyone recognizes the man, please be cautios as he may be dangerous.
If you will have any proof that he is indeed dangerous, report it to the nearest authorities.

“Gentleman! I called you here, because we finally have found the Source of the singals we’ve been getting since last week. It turns out it’s a person from the homo sapiens species. He calls himself “Captain Checkmate”. Before you ask anything, no we don’t know if he’s good at chess.

However we know, that he’s indeed the one causing all the “MSLI’s” .
If any rookie is listening through the Intercom, MSLI stands for Multiverse Stability Level Interruptions. You better remember that cause im not reminding you what your job is understand?
Back to the point. We had multiple MSLI signals coming from all around the multiverse.
The biggest one yet were the infamous Rick Sanchez, and Alex Bishop. Alex being the worst till now. But the Checkmate guy destroys the highscore of Alex by about 600%. The Checkmate guy may not be as dangerous as Alex.
Not like we know him well, so we don’t really know if he’s dangerous, but he surely is dangerous to the multiverse. The way he travels through it, is as unstable as the “Collectors” mind was.
What the device does, it shoots out a small projectile of Destablilized Yttrine which then I lie not, tears a hole in the reality, which then allows him to enter and travel trough it. By tearing a hole in a reality, he makes more MSLI with just one shot of that device than Alex does in a span of 1 month. We need to catch him, and interrogate him.
I repeat. DO.NOT.ENTER.HIS.PORTALS. We have seen many people try to follow him and they all eneded up being shattered into pieces. Sometimes the pieces of their body are transported to other universes, and some are thrown all around the portal creating a bloody mess.
We dont know how the device looks like neither how it works and how did he get his hands on Destablilized Yttrine. All we know that he uses his Device as a weapon as well. So all of you be carefull.

Meanwhile on the „Eclipse“ The Crew of Alex Bishop approaches Alex himself.
„Captain, you need to see this sir.”
“I’m having a lunch, whatever it is, it has to wait”
“It’s really important sir”
“If it doesn’t involve my soldiers dying over and over then it’s not important”
“It involves many deaths of our crew, yes”
Alex puts his cutlery back on the plate and turns around to face on of the crew members.
“What did you say?”
“It involves deaths of the soldier who came down on earth to catch a guy you wanted to interrogate”
“The..umm..chess guy?”
“Captain Checkmate, yes”
“And he killed how many of our bots?”
“Around 17 already”
Beeping can be heard in the distance that lasts a while and stops.
“Sorry, 19 bots now”
“You’re saying that that guy, that you described as an “easy target” and “drinking mess of a human” cannot be caught by my people?”
“That is correct Sir”
“Do we have anyone else more skilled than those idiots you just sent?”
“We have you sir, you’re the most skilled person on the Eclipse”
“You tell me that I need to catch him myself cause you all are too idiotic to catch him?”
“Sir we didn’t know he-“
“Yes or No?”
“…Yes sir, we need your help”
“Fine, send me the location and I’ll take care of your work”
“That’s the second thing, we cannot track him down”
“What do you mean, our system can detect a fly within thousands of kilometers”
“We know, however we cannot track him down, it seems like he’s using some kind of signal jammer that can jam our Signals.
“Do you know where the 2 of my bots that just died were?”
“Um..yes sir, they were...near Chucky Cheese Restaurant in Ohio”
“Didn’t they went Bankrupt couple of years ago?”
“Yes, yes they did sir, this is not stopping him from eating inside however”
“Okay, i will do your job, will get down there and take him to Eclipse myself”
“What about your Armor sir?”
“I dont need any Armor for this moron”
Alex takes out his sword and cuts a hole in the reality to open a way to get down to the location of Captain.
Meanwhile the Captain eats the rotten food that was hiding in the depths of the counter in the kitchen, looking at the 19 bots he just destroyed to pieces.
“who even sends these shits?”
As the Captain finishes his meal, which was questionably good for a rotten food pile, he stands up and heads to the exit.
Once Alex steps through his portal, he sees some of his crew robots laying torn apart. Some are missing it’s head, some the most of their body.
“Oh cmon, i need to pay for this”
“for fucks sake”
Alex wants to investigate the bots closer but he hears the door opening.
There he sees the Captain himself, however the visual contact is not mutual.
The Captain is still busy eating rest of the food, so he doesn’t even notices Alex standing about 10 meters away from him. Alex takes this chance to quickly hide behind the corner.
“Is this really who i have to interrogate?”
“Dont fuck this up buddy, we all know you can”
“shut up”
“That’s the funny thing, I won’t”
“I hate you too”
As Alex wants peaks the corners he notices that Captain is nowhere to be seen
“And where the fuck did he go?”
“See? you fucked up, he’s gone”
“Dude shut up or im gonna shoot my brains out just to get rid off you”
“You tried it already, it doesn’t work buddy”
The Captain standing behind Alex was amused by the situation. in fact he so amused that he didn’t want to interrupt this adorable scene.
“Um Alex”
“What?”
“You know he’s standing behind you right?”
“Dude stop messing around and actually try to help”
“Aye fair enough. i tried”
The Captain taps the schoulder of Alex.
“Stop touching me i have to find that bitch...wait you can’t touch me”
Alex quickly turns around and sees Captain right behind him. Alex being the clumsy guy he is, he trips over his legs and falls down.
“Hiya Alex, mind telling me why you’re following me? I dont really care about the bots but..why exactly follow me?”
“Well, my original plan was to overpower you and take you to my comfy interogation room.”
“And how is it going exactly?”
“Well, i found you so the first part of the plan is complete, and im coming closer to overpowering you”
“At least that you think, cmon stand up and fight like a men, if you are one”
Alex stands up quickly and tries to rush at Captain. Alex succesfully got a grab of his legs, throwing the Captain to the ground.
“Cmon Alex, i just washed my suit”
“Dude you were eating rotten food that was laying here for 5 years”
“6 actually”
“oh..okay”
Captain pushes Alex away and stands up going couple of meters away from Alex
Captain takes out his Cane and points it at Alex.
“Am i supposed to be scared of a walking stick?”
Captain clicks something on the Cane, and the cane itselfs transforms rather loudly and junkily into his “Portal gun”
The pointing stand that captain was in now makes sense.
“yeah you schould be”
“Alright, thats not fair”
“too bad for you Alex”
Captain shoots out a beam of something that looks quite unstable
Alex protects himself with his right arm.
The beam of unstable mater hits Alexes hand.
The beam creates a rather big tear in the reality, taking Alexes whole Arm in the process.
That also means Alex has no way to overcome death, his precious Ring got destroyed into pieces.
“Damn, till now i didn’t see anyone actually surviving my shot, nice hand you had”
Alex stands still, realising that what he thought was an unbreakable arm, was turned into thousands of pieces.
“Oh you really fucked yourself up now, I dont even want to interrogate you. youre gonna be dead now”
“yeah no thanks”
Captains shoots another beam right next to himself opening a portal which he then enters and dissapears in an explosion which closes the portal.
Alex stands there quietly, next to a closed Chucky Cheese Restaurant. He cannot belive that his Precious arm is now gone. Including his ring allowing him to overcome the death itself.
“Azuma, open the fucking portal”
A portal opens and Alex goes through.
