Summary

Looks like running won't work now. I'm stuck here. This is the moment which will decide whether I'll live miserably or just die. I've never been through so much since I was with my family. This moment is making me question my past choices. Was that the right decision? Is this moment making me regret the path I chose? I knew this from the moment I entered that hell that I have to give something or the other up but i never thought that something would be me.

Family day

Sitting under a tree with cool breeze waving my hair making me stand and tip toe on velvet like grass, and having a family vacation is the best thing I have ever experienced.

My dad owns a company so he is usually a little to busy with work but today is a family day together that's why me and my twin brother Alex made this amazing plan to Adirondacks. Right now we all are laughing at a poor joke made by Alex. He knows this very well that he isn't funny at all but it has now became a habit of his.

"You are getting good at this now Alex". Mom giggled opening the picnic basket and taking out chicken sandwiches along with waffles and many other eatables. "How long are you planning to let believe that his joke got all of us rolling moma?"I said while munching my waffles. By this time Alex was gone and was chasing a few butterfly who managed to mesmerize him and I both.

I was brought out of trance when I heard my mom saying "That's the nature of a mother Rora. She always get blinded by the love of her family. There is nothing that she needs except for her family to be happy. I just want you people to stay happy that's the only thing that makes me happy." Father kissed mother on the forehead and we resumed with our picnic.

Oh, by the way, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Aurora the princess of the family. They also call me Rora although I know it's a weird nickname and there are only two words left out but who knows the ways of moms and dads. We are a family of four, a sweet and small family.

Leah: The character writing in this is lovely. Everyone feels rich and well fleshed out, even when introduced for only a moment. The main female character is strong willed and quickly witted without feeling cliche or overly “not like other girls”. The world is also fascinating and I can’t wait to learn mo...
