Chapter 1
Prologue
Long ago the gods had created the planets and creatures to live there. Our story starts in 1684 on the planet of Mythcrystal in Hollow Spirit City. Half gods live there yet they do not know it. Two specific half gods are Midnight and Merlin Darkling. These 2 lived with their half sister and stepfather for 3 years until the day that their younger half sister Magic was born. That was the day that young Merlin disappeared.
Chapter 1
“Hey Coral, wait up!” cried Magic, racing after her two older sisters. “Wait for me!”
“Don’t worry Mag, it’s alright. I’ll teach you to do handsprings. it’s much faster.” said Midnight running front of her on the main paved road.
“It’s much faster because you’re magic girl. You can do all sorts of sorcery, and enchantments, not to mention the tricks you pull on us! I never know if you’re here or not! “ grumbled Magic. “It’s like Loki.”
“You’re absolutely right!” said a voice behind her. It was Midnight!
“Oh by Odin’s beard, this is fun!” chortled Midnight. Her eyes were wet with tears of laughter.
“Yeah, you would say that” Coral sighed. She knew there was really no way to control her rambunctious half sister, and was used to Midnight’s schemes. “Come on, let’s go!” Coral walked down the road, and down the unpaved dirt trail toward Old Willow’s shack. Coral was 16 years old and had blond hair and blue eyes. She had pink butterfly wings and wore a purple mini dress. Coral was the oldest, and she did her best to keep her younger sisters in check. Magic was 8 years old and also had blond hair and blue eyes. She wore a black long sleeved knee length dress. Magic was the youngest sister, and she was a very curious child. Midnight on the other hand had midnight black hair and emerald green eyes. She wore a dark forest green halter dress with a golden belt around the middle. Midnight was 13 years old, mischievous teen, who loved magic tricks. She was the middle child, and had a talent for getting into trouble.
“Quit whining Magic, I was born this way. You do know that the middle child always gets what they want.” said Midnight as they reached Old Willow’s Shack. They ducked and went inside.
