Engaging Young Adult Series Romance
"In fluid and engaging writing, the reader is taken into a classic tale of love pursued and love secretly harbored. The protagonist is a shy, young software developer whose nerves ultimately give way to approaching a beautiful girl whose attention he had previously sought unsuccessfully. The writing style is probably best for a teen/young adult, as is the old fashioned slow pace of the romantic process. Although the romantic pace may feel slow in an era of online dating apps, there’s a nice reminiscence of days past, and because the story takes place in India, there may be interesting cultural differences to learn about for those outside the geography. That said, the youthful nervousness of the love interests is likely universal. Will unrequited love of a friend ultimately prevail? Will the protagonist realize his dreams with the initial object of his desire? We find out next hopefully."
