Alpha's little wolf

Anna's pov

I woke up to the sound of water splashing over rock and the scent of cut grass and coconut. I got up trying to find the source of the smell, but I couldn't tell where it was coming from.

For a moment I get loss as I look into the waterfall, seeing how it flows so peaceful and so elegant it was just so mesmerising to watch.

The gentle breeze had hit my nose and I immediately remembered the beautiful scent I had smell just before. I decided to follow the scent into the forest

I followed the scent for a while, my wolf going crazy the closer we got, I dont know why but she just wouldn't shut up. "The scent stops over here somewhere, I can't figure out where though" Forest says in my head.

I keep my guard up as I look around the forest looking between trees and large rocks. That when I heard something behind me, I waited til the thing behind me got closer. I could tell it was a wolf, just in human form. By the scent I can tell it's my boyfriend Max, so i decide to pull something on him.

I heard him quietly lift his arm up to touch my shoulder, before it connected I grabbed his arm and flipped him over my shoulder, with myself landing on top of him smiling.

"Well hello to you to," Max says with a cocky smile. I let out a soft laugh. "Hello love, now don't you know to never sneak up on a girl before? Your lucky I could smell your scent or I would have killed you" I say in a light tone.

I got off him and lend him a hand. He grabbed my hand and lifted himself up. "Thats very true babe, now tell me something. What are you doing out here? It's nearly 11pm. Max replied as he gave me a kiss, which I happily returned.

I was about to answer, but I had been cut off by a loud growl, that ripped threw the forest around us. "Wtf!" I yell as im immediately alert ready to shift into my wolf, that's when I got a hold of the scent that drove my wolf wild, just moments ago.

"Anna, get out of here now!" Max yelled as he stood infront of me. "No im not leaving!" I say as I hear the wolf come closer, "Anna I said now I'll be right behind you" Max told me.

I didn't want to go, but I knew he was capable of dealing with the wolf. So I shifted into my small black wolf, and sprinted into the forest away from Max.

I could hear growling and howling, but I didn't stop. It felt like forever, before I finally got the the edge of the tree line. I stopped for a moment, I listened to try and see if I could hear anything, but it was quiet... too quiet.

I decided to shift back, and thank the moon goddess, because im not any regular rouge, hell im not sure what I am but I know I'm different. Well for one I can't shift without my cloths ripping, which is handy.

I was about to walk out of the forest, that was until I got that same fucking scent from before. My wolf was betraying me, because instead of being worried or wanting to fight, she was fuckjng rolling over onto her back, and playing around in my head!

I got put out of my thoughts when I heard someone say something not far from me.

"Mate"
