A sweet love story
"This was a feel-good book with lots of action and suspense. There are a lot of characters and perspectives, so it does give us a little more insight into everyone's feelings and state of mind. Now for the technical stuff. There was a lot, but I was still able to get through the book. To make this more polished, I would suggest tweaking some things. First, there were a lot of commas where there should have been periods, and places that needed commas didn't have them. There were some misspellings like "scarred" instead of "scared" and words that were capped that didn't need to be. Also, separating paragraphs whenever someone speaks will make it clearer as to who the speaker is. Lastly, Chapters 35 and 36 were the same, but 36 had a little more writing. On a separate note, I think there could have been more done with regard to Annabelle. She just got out of a terrible relationship and instantly falls for and trusts another man. This wouldn't normally be realistic. I think there needs to be a little bit more hesitance in their growing relationship, despite the attraction both Jake and Annabelle feel. Besides those points, I like how this story turned out. It was sweet and wholesome. "

"Normally I don't read gang stories, but I enjoyed this one. Thanks Author "
Fascinating!
"The characters have been described very well. It is essential to understand each character's background well in order to connect with them. You have explained each main character's situation well by the use of changing point of views. The two leads' interaction has been plotted so nicely that with each coming chapter, their link becomes stronger. I have read around 9 chapters and I had to remind myself to stop and review the story. I was so lost in it! A good read for people who enjoy a blend of romance, good writing, great plot, and a bit of action. "
Beautiful story
"It's a lovely story. The way everyone's pov is there gives more clarity to the story. It's not just lead characters thoughts you are reading but others too which helps you relate more "
Great story
"The jumping view points were hard to follow along with occasionally but the story kept me reading. Will definitely read your next one!"
Intense Narrative
"The story has me intrigued from the start, and I'm eagerly anticipating the next twist in the plot. Even though I only read few chapters, I sense that the plot is gradually thickening. The way the story is unfolding makes me believe that the middle will hold even more surprises. Overall, the intense narrative with its unpredicatablity and potential for significant events. adds a captivating layer to the reading experience. "

"Let me start off by saying that this review is based on the "first" chapter only. I have not read further than that and yes, I will, because I think what I've read so far is great! Now, I know this one is a tough one to master, but it is simply about "paragraphs" in the overall read that had me thinking, "Hmm. Maybe a bit more separation of ideas could improve the reading experience." So, yeah, Here I am suggesting it! You have good grammar and structure, but I do see room for improvement. Remember the basics of a paragraph. Everything in it should contain information under one idea. Multiple ideas drag out the paragraph and make it a block of text to slug through. People like examples to better understand, so I'll give a few... The opening paragraph is perfect, however, the second one can be broken into separate paragraphs starting with "My friends and family are gone..." This is just for better reading flow. It helps to not get stuck on words in the middle of a big paragraph. The information above that doesn't need to be "connected" to the rest of the second paragraph, so don't be scared to separate them. The same can be said for the third paragraph where Annabelle explains that she prepared herself to face her ex-boyfriend and that she rounds the corner and feels her heart race in anticipation for what's to come. Separate them. Don't be scared of "short" paragraphs. I actually see this a lot. Most writers look at one-sentence paragraphs and think it is wrong. It isn't. I'm not saying to make them all just one sentence, but merely mentioning that making a few of them isn't going to bore your readers. Throughout the chapter, I see you doing this a lot. Keep one idea. For example, when she parks her car, goes into the house, doesn't see her ex, goes to the bathroom to look for her stuff, suddenly runs into her ex, then all that followed by dialogue... sheesh that's a lot... The pacing there just skyrocketed out of nowhere. Slow it down. Annabelle just explains the order of events and gives a bit of backstory, but out of nowhere the flow of events increases, and the reader is given no time to actually think about what's happening. I mean that there are no visuals. She gets out of the car, enters the house, looks around, and goes to the bathroom. Wow. Really? That's it? Why not feed into the fact that she's dreading the idea of going back there? See where my mind went all of a sudden? I tried placing myself in her shoes. It's what all readers do. We try to relate to the situation or character to help immerse ourselves in the story. Don't make Annabelle a two-dimensional character that just "reports" the events of the story. Make her 3D. Make her hesitate at the door. Make her enter slowly and glance around nervously. Make her gulp. She's super stressed already, right? Then, not seeing her ex anywhere, she starts to look around for her stuff. Adding these little details makes her pop off the "page." I don't have much else to say. You did a good job with the rest. Good work though. The suspense is a good build-up. So, make good use of it. You set up the ex-boyfriend nicely, so just make full use of it. Don't fall short. That'll be all for now. I'll check out the rest soon. Write on."
