Sunce's blind twin sister and goddess of mercy, death and the moon. once per generation each kingdom had a leader, divinely chosen by their goddess. this chosen lion ruled their kingdom until the next chosen came of age..." sharptounge was cut off by a young lioness.

"Ugh! all this lead up is boring. get to the part about Kyoga and her one true love!"

her brother spark butted in "I wanna hear about lite and how he kicked Karabi the Terrible's butt and saved the world!" he was interrupted by a small brown cub.

"Spark! that's not how it happened at all! do you ever listen?" he asked.

sharptounge growled. "Enough! if you don't settle down, I won't tell the story at all." all 3 cubs answered, "yes grandmother." and they went quiet. sharptouge went on "now...where was I..." she paused and spoke a few moments later

"the great kingdoms fell because of Asra's chosen leader of the moon kingdom, Kyoga." the lioness mewed excitedly "here she is!" her brother growled. "shhh!!" sharptouge went on "after generations of hostility between their 2 kingdoms Kyoga was set to be bonded to Sunce's chosen lion of the sun kingdom, lite. lite and Kyoga fell deeply in love, both kingdoms eagerly awaited their bonding day, and the peace that would follow. but just before their ceremony, Kyoga was kidnapped by a monster...an evil, jealous lion known as Karabi. Karabi stole princess Kyoga from her love and her family and-" she was cut off by powerstrike

"mother! are you filling their heads with nonsense again?" sharptounge responded

"it's history, powerstrike." the young lioness agreed "it's important!" spark spoke "it's cool!" the other cub replied, "it's boring!" powerstike scolded "if it doesn't fill bellies, it's not doing us any good." she turned to sharptounge "are you ready for the hunt, sharptounge?" sharptounge replied

"mmm. I suppose I am." the cubs replied "nooooo." "Does she have to?" then a large lion stepped out from the bushes laughing. "don't be upset that you have to spend the afternoon with your dad."

the young lioness jumped up "dad!" powerstrike faced him. "we'll be off then. starmane, I trust you'll keep their heads out of the clouds."

he replied, "yes ma'am! you hear that cubs? nothing but cold hard reality from now on." the young lioness replied "Ugh! reality is the worst!" powerstrike called over her shoulder "we'll be back soon." the cubs replied, "bye mom!"
