Comedic and Soulful

This story is a great study in communication and the subtleties of relationships. It's a period piece that delves into what people say externally as they make their way through relationships and what they are actually thinking. The running internal dialogue of Ray rings so true and adds a comic dimension to the plot. We empathize with him as he has his sexual adventure and forgive him for his weakness. This story has detailed, soulful writing throughout and is a refreshing break from alpha werewolves and the other dross found in this genre. I highly recommend this author and this story!
