Quite the Page Turner...

This book quite quite enjoyable from the first words to the last sentence. It is one of those books where you keep telling yourself just one more chapter and I will go to bed and before you know it, it's the middle of the night.

There is quite a bit to enjoy in the way the story was written as well and the interwoven plot. The storyline keeps you guessing and intregued the whole time and the same scene written from multiple perspectives was awesome and extremely well executed. Just know that during the course of this story, due to the wonderful descriptive language throughout, you will be thirsty for a glass of orange juice, hungry for some French desserts and have a sudden desire to travel to Rochefort-en-Terre.

I look forward reading the next novel from the author regardless if it is a sequel or a brand new idea!

A Great Start to a Fantasy Series (Hopefully)...

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Roinad from start to finish and I am hoping it is the first in a long series. The world and characters the author created is expansive and there is a great deal more to explore. Each of the characters are well thought out, developed through the entire story and had you believing you know who they are and rooting for them by the end. Trying not to ruin anything, the plot of Kelsey trying to get home was well thought out, intriguing and suspenseful to where you find yourself always wanting to read one more chapter.

I was impressed with how vivid the settings and descriptions came through. It makes you feel as if you are really there. The author did a wonderful job at taking the world he created in their mind and sharing with the readers so we can be a part of it as well.

Long live Queen Kelsey!

Intersting Horry Story

Overall interesting short horror story. The action was quite fast paced with a great deal included in just a few chapters. A good set of characters that will be good for continuing the story.

Fun Plot for a Story

A really interesting idea for a story. Without giving the story away, it makes you wonder what you would do in the same situation.

The author does a great job with the imagery, instantly allowing the reader to feel there are there with the characters in the story. You feel that you are there with them and can instantly relate to the characters. This is something that is not easy to do so well.

The only issue I have with the story is I wished it was longer. I loved the premise and the characters and wish they would be around longer so we could get to know them better. Hopefully the author will take this idea and turn it into a full-length novel. I would read it for sure.
