DO NOT SPEAK OF THIS!!!

An engaging read for anyone who enjoys those things that go bump in the night.
The author brings to life a clear, grotesque image of a conjured, hell bent creature, relentlessly pursuing its prey.
The protagonists obsession with the notebook and its contents is a fine example of our inability to resist morbid curiosity. Even to the detriment of our safety and that of our loved ones.
This was a page turner from jump and kept my interest until the final words.
Well done.

Riveting and Challenging

Your concept is fantastic and fresh and your style feels familiar but unique.
I will say heavy professional editing is needed, but that is simple mechanics mostly.
I was engaged from start to finish, but did find myself re reading paragraphs because of some confusing text, but again, an easy professional editor will work through it.
I really liked your characters and use of them.
Overall I see massive potential here.
Great story!!!

An old school haunting chiller.

AJ Wright’s “The Woman Annelida” is reminiscent of classic horror tales I used to soak up with tingling glee on Saturday afternoon UHF creature features.
Stories like this, The Haunting, House of Usher and so many other ghost stories are what inspired my love of the macabre.
Well written and presented with fantastic flair.
So turn out the lights, double check the locks and grab a glass of wine. “The Woman Annelida” is one for a night of under the covers with a flashlight reading.
