Riveting, complex, and worth the read!
"Really loved that the plot is meaty without introducing too many ideas! Core concept is already interesting by having the common girl pick the next king. Having multiple antagonists, all with different motives and goals, makes it even better. Plenty of room for unexpected twists and possibilities. Loved how all the characters are written; I think they're developed just enough to not detract from that juicy plot. Things to note for readers that look for specific things before starting a book: -There is a cliffhanger, but there's also a second book -This is a (wonderfully done!) SLOW BURN with many sweet, tender, emotional moments. -Female lead is not a typical "strong female character". She does have strong moral and political convictions that are voiced when it matters, but her general disposition comes across as young, shy, timid, and gentle."

"I haven't read a dragons novel since Game of thrones books, and this was a bit of a challenge for me, because i know that many authors want to rush things and not create backbones to characters, but these ones here are Perfect. Also the suspense, agony, action and love is fantastic. I cant wait to read the second book😊"

"I loved this book, and I am very excited to start the next one. Dragons are one of my favorite mythical creatures, although I am not entirely sure if they really are mythical, like what if they live among us. We could walk past one going down the street and never even know it. I feel the same way about werewolves and vampires. There is no actual proof that their not real and that they don't live among us like regular civilians. Love your books.❤️♥️ Hope you keep writing! Maybe one day you will become a published author. If you do, I am definitely buying your books to add to my collection."
