The Alpha’s Pursuit
"A thoroughly enjoyable story. I like the dominance of Alpha males but even the good guy in this was self centred and ultra controlling. His attitude that it was all for her own good and that hopefully she’d forgive him eventually rather than risk actually communicating with her I found quite frustrating. The drama, romance, erotica and particularly the humour made this a wonderful read!"

Humans being, with a twist
"This looks like a standard shifter tale for the first 5 or so chapters and then morphs into something else. The human mate doesn't understand the shifter world, but the shifters act a bit strange, compared to previous shifter novels, in their initial actions. Once it starts to move though you see the two main characters get closer and become a possible couple. Then the twists start to show up. Ever read a story where you think you know how things are going to progress only to watch it get tossed off the rails? This story reminds me of that premise. You get to a point where you think you know where it's headed, only to swerve at some point. Some of the chapters are set up differently. You read the end of an action and then read the beginning of it. It's kind of like the POV switches some authors use but it has its own twist. You don't see the complete story twice, or more, and I have to admit it takes some of the suspense out of it, but I can't say I didn't like the flow. I enjoyed the read the first time. I will probably read it again at some point to see what I missed the first time. I'll delve into the authors other books to see where they lead. "
