"A beautiful, heartwarming story that I loved from start to finish. The characters were so relatable and just so easy to love. Especially Jace, who is the sweetest and, of course, Alessia. She is a strong, incredible woman and you just can’t help to love her. This series is definitely my comfort read, all the books in it were incredible, very well written and just so beautiful that I will be thinking about them for a long time. I read them in the wrong order and because of that, it was really hard to dislike Landon in this book, as I loved him in End Zone Trouble. I really recommend everyone to read the books in order, it will make you understand things a little bit better, especially End Zone Trouble. All in all, everything was perfect. For anyone wondering if they should read anything Mia writes, just do it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for giving us such amazing stories!"

Couldn't put it down!
"Thoroughly enjoyed this book! From the first hook to the very last line, you'll be sucked into the world of Alessia and Jace. I hope it becomes part of a bigger journey watching well loved side characters fall in love! It's somewhat predictable, but there were definitely unexpected twists. Funny, heartwarming, some tension, a touch of angst and a whole lot of love. Well developed characters, plots that followed through. Nothing was left dangling or making you ask why a piece didn't get wrapped up. Absolute HEA, in all the best ways. There are only a handful of grammar errors throughout the entirety. There were more than a few consistency errors, but it wasn't anything big enough to stop reading. More along the lines of repeating something that had happened a few sentences before (i.e. she walked away, they talked, she walked away). Did NOT deter from the story at all. A family friendly romance that leaves you with your heart thumping or your breath caught in your chest every moment. Can't wait to have this book in print!"

"Ohhh I really enjoyed that and I love the links to the other books in the series. Another really well written and edited story, it’s hard to believe this is the author’s first book. The humour is quite slapstick at times but totally endearing; I particularly enjoyed the strength of character of the female lead and the male lead was totally loveable if a tadge frustrating at times lol. I really loved this. "
An absolute must read!
"I got completely hooked from the first chapter and ended up binging the whole thing. All the characters were amazing, lovable and their banter was insane. This book had me laughing out loud more than once. It's funny, flirty and still manages to hit you right in the feels. It's definitely the kind of story that keeps you up way too late smiling like an idiot at your screen."

Is it real, or fantasy
"pardon me for borrowing a lyric from a Scorpions song, it seemed appropriate. This was a good story, it hit the high points and the lowpoints well. The story itself looks straightforward for the Female lead, but goes off the rails of what her plans are fairly quickly. We learn she has a history with another quarterback and that weighs on her throughout the book. She doesn't fall easily to the Male lead, it takes time...but that makes it more enjoyable in my mind. Even for a short story like this it took the time to develop, have the inevitable obstacles placed in its path, and come around to true love at the end of it. Part of the enjoyment for me was the involvement of the author in reading the comments and responding to them. It shows an level of interaction that I have come to enjoy with Inkitt, and sorely miss when I am reading on other apps. I had assumptions on where this was going. Some panned out, others did not, some questions I had to ask to get the right point of view of the story and what level it was being played in, pun intended. Those answers then made the reading better for me as I had parts of the plot figured out, then just had to wait to see if it headed where I thought, or not. The author was gracious throughout putting up with my inherent curiosity. For that I offer my thanks. Time to look and see what else she has written. "

"This story had me completely hooked from the beginning. I found myself laughing out loud at the hilarious banter between all of the characters that was perfectly timed. I look forward to reading many more stories from this ridiculously talented author. Bravo 10/10!"

"This book had me grinning at my phone for hours on end. What a delightful read... and all without a Rated R moment. As much as I like erotica, I recognize that it's not always easy for a writer to depict such a deep emotional connection between characters without a sex scene — the author achieved that and everything else. Easy five stars. "

"The book hooked me from the very first page, the banter, the sass, the egos, all of it! As the story unfolds, you feel all the emotions every character feels. I know this is a great novel because I feel like I am in the story experiencing it all! Highly recommend to everyone who loves a good sassy female character who takes the banter and gives it right back to the egotistical male QB who is just as charming as he thinks he is!!"
