That One Ride

This book has great potential but the author needs to work a little on her grammar and punctuation. Remember capital letters and punctuation as it pulls the reader out of the story when you spot a mistake. The plot was great but the characters in it could do with a little more developing as it's hard to imagine what the character would do in a situation without a little more backstory.

Overall a really good book, your writing style is lovely <3

Stories

The title and cover are both great but maybe the title could have a little more spice? The intro and first few chapters were intriguing and interesting and I love how you’ve numbered the chapters with just the numbers so the readers don’t get any spoilers!
At the start of chapter 2 I love how you describe Mark on his computer, very descriptive!
Overall it’s such a great book and I would recommend it to anyone

Blaze

I am absolutely in AWE of this book! The book is beautifully structured with amazing grammar- obviously on one of its final drafts. The blurb hooked me in automatically, it was extremely well written. Writing style is wonderful, and the plot left me many questions I am sure will be answered later in the book! FANTASTIC book! Kudos to the author for this masterpiece!

Lovesick

What a great haunting first chapter! Hollie has done it again, with a mystically beautiful first chapter to what I can see will make a great novel. The description is vivid and each line is as I you’re in there with the main character. All I would suggest is maybe add a few homely touches, maybe add something the reader can relate to in this chapter. You mention the main character wearing many throws- maybe jumpers or cardies instead? Maybe voice her inner emotions a little more. Deep regret and guilt for what she has done- of course you have done this a lot but it could be exaggerated all the more.

Great story, I’m extremely excited for more chapters!

Oh WOW! I adore the writer’s passion for writing and it shows through in this beautifully written book. The characters are well written and the story is really AMAZING! Wowowowow! Definite must read… carry on writer!

Summer

I would just like to tell you you’ve got a great story here but it just needs a little editing for the first few chapters. The last chapters are definitely better than the first and there’s a significant different although all the chapters are great in their own special way.

The character, Summer, has a lot of flaws but is funny, kind and a little sarcastic at times. Although I get the sarcasm, I’m not completely sure why this book’s genre is humour as there is not much humour and the book discusses a lot of serious topics including asthma.

Lastly, I just want to say that I am in love with your book cover and blurb, both intrigue the reader and draw them in. You are such a talented author and I know you will go so far. (I’ve started to like Summer’s brother after he helped her *trying not to give spoilers!)

Beautiful story with great promise!

I just wanted to congratulate the author for a beautiful story so far, I’m looking forward to more chapters!

Maybe consider revising a few chapters to get punctuation right, grammar is on point and perfect though. The characters are lovable and plot so far is great, I can see where this is going.

One more thing, a few times you have repeated a few words in the same chapter again and again, so maybe you could go online to find a few more synonyms? This could also help structure some good vocabulary for future chapters.

Overall I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy or a little empathy, or just people who want a light hearted read! Good job to the author and good luck! ❤️❤️❤️

Tale of the Wanderer

I wasn’t really sure about medieval stories before reading this book, but wanted to try a different genre. The author’s writing style is beautiful. I haven’t finished it all yet but will definitely do so when I have enough time! Congratulations for an amazing book! 🥰

Shows what others think!

I believe this book should be something many people read, as it highlights the struggles older people go through with tech. Many people do not understand what they are thinking as they have grown up learning about tech, so know how to do many things older aged people have not been taught.

I think it’s a great story, and it isn’t very long, so it will only take a few minutes of your time.

Flawlessly composed

This incredible book caught me right from the first chapter. The author has done such a great job in formulating the world and considering every tiny detail. The similes and metaphor flow so well throughout the story and compliments the author’s beautiful writing style. I can see why this book has won so many competitions. I would recommend this book to anyone and look forward to seeing it in hard copies!

Torrents of Fate

This book was beautifully written and with a lot of great description! The only problems is, the blurb and preface give away too much of the story, meaning some of the things that happen aren’t a surprise to the reader. Although the plot is great, as it is revealed a lot in the preface and blurb, some people may not think it’s as good as it really is.
The blurb is great, but maybe add a more open question, leaving the reader pondering many different outcomes of the story, rather than a question with just yes or no as an answer.
Your writing style is great but as for the grammar, I recommend you read through your book a few more times, maybe out loud, so you can spot the grammar mistakes. There are quite a few minor errors that can easily be changed.
The reason I only gave you four stars for your overall rating is partly because of the grammar, which pulls the reader out of the story every time they spot a grammar/punctuation/ spelling mistake and partly because you have a little too much away in the blurb and preface.
Overall an intriguing, full of suspense novel that I would recommend to anyone!

What a beautiful story! Oh wow, I can totally relate to some of the main characters’ troubles! The plot is wonderful, just be careful as you tend to switch between past and present tense. What an amazing short story! This book is beautifully written, the way you described the dying man at the start was wonderful, I could picture the scene vividly. One thing I would suggest, maybe try to make the way the archangel tells the story different from how a normal human might tell it, so you get a sense this is a strange occurrence. You could add things like ‘I say mistily’ or make her voice mysterious as to me she seems too much like a human.
I absolutely loved this short story, the start was definitely gripping and gave me a thriller vibe.

I will never Forget This Book!

First, just want to say: Beautiful plot, beautiful writing style, grammars on point= beautiful book!

Reading this book really made me fall down the rabbit hole. This is a quirky, funny, lighthearted version of the book Alice in Wonderland and the prologue and blurb really set the scene! The cover is AMAZING, the combination of fonts against the background are really effective.

The only thing I would say is if you move around a few chapters, maybe elongate a chapter here and shorten a chapter there will really add to the reader engagement. The chapters have varied length which can be effective sometimes but in some places you just want MORE of the book!

It is a really great start on a WONDERful book (pun intended) and I know this writer is going to go so far! Keep it up, I look forward to more :)

Wardens of worthy

A beautifully written book! The description at the start was captivating and I love how you keep the description throughout the novel without the piece sounding too chunky. It flows really well.

The plot was great but lacked a bit of excitement, if you could show parts of the plot peeking through the story, it would increase the number of readers. Inkitt is a great platform but as there are so many books to choose from if people read the first few chapters and get bored they can just move to a different book.

As said before, your writing style was lovely and I love reading your book- especially the first few chapters, the first paragraph was captivating!

The only other thing to say is that I would just ask to look over a few of the chapters to check a few of the grammar mistakes- which is why I have you only 4 stars. Overall a great story with a beautiful writing style! :)

Before the Fall

Amazing book! Well done! I know that the author has just released it but I can’t believe more people haven’t read it! This is such an underrated book and I love your beautiful writing style!

So first, I would just like to say why I gave the plot 4 stars. I absolutely loved the plot, but I feel as if you went to the climax too quickly in the story and there were a few parts in which you could have cut down in chapters 13 and 14. I am being extremely picky here but it’s because I know this book will do so well!

The way you portrayed relationships was magical and I love the description you showed throughout the story, but especially at the start. I think you are such a beautiful, underrated author and your books should have pride of place in Inkitt! Congratulations for a beautiful book! :)

Shards of Ice and Frost

I just want to start of by saying the 3 chapters I read were beautiful. I have already read Scarlett's 'Deviant' and was entranced. I loved the plot line of this story and the characters are very well written. I have come across a few minor errors in grammatical points but they are easily fixed. Overall well done and I really hope the author continues writing, she's got some real talent.

A beautiful title and an intriguing front cover. I love the fonts and the borders and the title really draws you in. I have only read the first chapter, but of course I have to read more now. It's got a very pretty writing style which is essential for all books. Definitely try out this book.
