Teresa Hahn is a high school junior and has lived in the state of Hawaii for her entire life. Despite a happy and healthy life at home with her father, she dwells on both the beach and the ocean. During a get-together with her and her friends at said beach, she encounters Jon Derekson. Not only is he a surfer, he is also the lead singer of an underground rock-band. Despite hitting it off with him, this begins effecting Teresa's personal life. But just as soon as she pumps the breaks, a major crisis accrues as John is eventually found dead. Not only that, the place in which his body is found is none other than the Hawaiian beach itself.
First and for-most, I’m dead. Literally, I am (Six-Feet Under) dead, as in my life is no more; spoiler alert. That being said, you’re probably now asking yourself, ‘Why am I even reading this story then, knowing that the narrator isn’t even alive anymore?’ Allow me to make it perfectly clear that the story isn’t even about me! Who is it about then you may ask? Someone special, that is as straightforward of answer as I can give at this point.
