Chapter 1
Mina's pov
I looked out of the airplane window lost in thought,i was on a flight to Italy to go meet my family,my dad is the Capo of the strongest and biggest mafia.
Sitting on the next aisle was my second in command and my best friend Lotus and just like the flower she is deadly,Lotus also happened to be the daughter of my dad's best friend and his right hand man.
Twenty years ago an attempt was made on mine and Lotus life,being in the mafia always came with risks but being the heir to the biggest of them came with double the risk,they tried to kill my mom when she got married to my dad,they tried again when she was pregnant none were successful of course but when my mom gave birth to me somehow they were able to sneak into my playroom when i was four years old,they almost succeed i still has the scar on my chest to prove it meanwhile at Lotus house the same thing almost happened but her dad was with her so the assassin was caught but our parents felt that our lives will keep being in danger so they decided to fake our deaths and sent both i and Lotus to Nigeria because that was where my mom was from.
Now twenty years later and i was done with all of my studies which included school,coding, hacking and martial art training and how to handle guns,I am a very deadly shot, i was ready and deadly and the mafia world was not ready for me.
Physically i looks like both of my parents combined,I've got my
moms curves and face,side by side we look like sisters,my dad's height at 6ft and his gorgeous shade of green eyes,combine all of that with my caramel skin tone and you've got a great combination and my hair I've got black, thick long 4c hair but all of this was hiding the deadly woman i was from the world,at first glance I look so beautiful and delicate but only few know that I'm as as deadly as a viper,i have undergone rigorous training, the training was tougher and more thorough that those of the special forces,i started training when i was 8 years old and i haven't stopped since,there isn't any fighting style that i don't know, there isn't any weapon that i don't know how to handle and what drives me is the desire to never become a victim again,the mafia world is ruthless and doubly so for a woman,only the strongest and the toughest survives there,it is unheard of for a woman to become the head of the family i know this and I also know that there is gonna be a lot of push backs but what most people doesn't know is that I've has been working with my dad since i turned 18 and the increase in our turnovers have been all me,we have always been wealthy but now are the richest mafia family,of course we have legitimate businesses for cover up and my dad has made the Forbes list a couple of times.
