"I like the beginning of this story. The author is smart to know that if one chooses first person narration, prose is limited to what the character might actually say and think. It's a cool idea. I haven't seen this particular Peter Pan but I get the impression that Hook might have been a Lost Boy himself. I don't know if that's canon or the writer's invention, but I like it"
