Inner Woman Vol. 4

Summary

This is the fourth volume of poetry I am creating. I never thought I would finish 300 poems in three other Inner Woman Volumes. I'm loving the freedom of expression and rhythm poetry gives me. I'm cheerfully writing poetry in odd moments of almost every day.

1 Figure it Out

Conundrums require a hypothesis

A question and an experiment

To help me see the path

Toward my destiny

Set in stone I make my way

Until boredom holds full sway

Then a curveball hits me square

Analysis my only friend,

Unless I can finally dare

To follow my heart to a brand new end

Let Karin Venables know what you thought about this chapter!

Stella Hart: There were many moments when I almost forgot I was following a story. The characters felt so real that I found myself instinctively judging and criticizing them, as if they were real people. The subject of this story was difficult for me. It’s a story we’ve heard far too many times, and perhaps one t...
