Chapter 1
A giant tree surrounded by grass meadows in the middle of the woods. There was a man laying in there.
“ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.”
In the middle of night, the man woke up from his sleep in front of a big tree. The man seemed to be wearing a black robe and black pants. He was surrounded by woods.
“Where am I??? Arghhh.” The man was confused and had a headache in his head.
The man was so panicked “Try to memorize it…Who am I?? Where am I?? And why am I here??”
He stood up and closed his eyes, it was like he tried to memorize what had happened.
The mother of the moon made a face in the gaze of an ocean star. Breeze of the night wind and the falling of leaves from the big tree.
“Arghhhhh…” He seemed in pain.
His hands were in his head, it seemed he got his memories back.
In his memories, he died at 22 years old. He worked as lineart artist assistant in one of the studios, because the tight deadlines and suddenly work made him work more and more. He got more jobs from a mere assistant, it seemed all the people in the workplace love to bully him. He didn’t know that because he thought that he was incompetent. He thought that all of the jobs he got to exercise him more and more, but the truth was that he was so competent. The line that he drew was far better than the other assistant. He didn’t know about his true talent that made him easy to bully, because this was his true characteristic. Where he was always pessimistic about his skill, always thought that himself was far inferior than anyone. This pessimistic character was named Rezvan.
Rezvna took a deep breath. “*sigh* It seems that I am no longer alive, but what is this place? Where am i? Heaven? But why does heaven look so scary at midnight? Or maybe this is hell? Where I abandon all of my job so it makes me more sins.”
Suddenly a window screen appeared in front of him.

Rezvan was surprised and screamed loudly.
“EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!”
In a moment, All of the birds in the woods flew over because of his scream.
“What is this? Is this new type of technology? A window screen appeared nowhere in front of me, Am I dreaming??” He was so panicked.
He slapped his face a few times *Plak *Plak *Plak
“It seems this is not a dream.”

“Dammit, Just forget it, and what the hell is this? A mere window screen appeared from nowhere.”
“Huh? Does Demon Lord not know who I am?”
“Who is this Demon Lord you are talking about??”
“Of course It is you, that’s why I congratulate you for your rebirth.”
“Waitttttt, I am a Demon Lord, You are joking right??”
“It was so mean that Demon Lord forgot about himself, and you forget about me too, after you do this and do that to me.”

“What do you forget about it?? You play a roleplay too and suddenly I feel like being abandoned by the Demon Lord.
“WHAT THE HELL YOU TALKING ABOUT??”
Rezvan couldn’t comprehend much information and fell down, he sat in front of the big tree. His face looked like a deadfish.
“Hahahahaha, I am just joking with you, look at your face, it’s so hilarious.]]
Rezvan screamed the second time.
“HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA]
The second time all of the birds in the wood flew away.
“Enough with your joke, so you are a system? What’s that supposed to be?]
“Yes I am a system, that will guide the Demon Lord, and give you information about this world.”
“So what the hell happened to me?”
“You are reincarnated and become the Demon Lord.”
“Me? Reincarnated?”
“That is right.”
He seemed to be thinking about something.
“Wait a minute!! If you are a system so this will be like a novel or manhwa, where the main character gets a system like you and they become overpower, will it happen to me?”
“Pfft hahaha.”
“Why are you laughing??” He was so confused and lost..
“Because your imagination is so wild, there is no such thing like that. You need to start from the beginning and there is no such cheating way.”

The status of Demon Lord seemed to flicker a lot, that they did not realize it. At the level, and power parts were flickering, it seemed like a bug, but the system didn’t know it.

A little of hope emerged from Rezvan, his face was full of hope for the future.
“Demon Lord, this window screen looks so annoying and bothers you, how about Demon Lord changing it to Voice mode rather than this pop-up window.”
“Yup, even in my past life Pop-ups are annoying as hell, one click can summon a ton of pop-ups.”
“So how do you change it?”
“If so, you just need to touch “Yes” in the next window screen.”

The blue orb was circling him.

The voice of the system changed to an older woman’s type, and flew around him.

Rezvan’s face seemed to be red.

“It looked like that Demon Lord is a passive one, who loves an older woman and is more active.”

“Huh??” The system was pretending.

“The first task should contain about how this world works, like meeting someone to get their knowledge, or to get trained by them, or maybe find a herb. But this task does not make any sense to walk 30KM, and the reward is just merely a fist.”
“I think this is a fair one, and this one can train your body and your stamina, Demon Lord.”
He was dumbfounded by the task and the reward.
He was screaming it loud and kept waving his hands. “ADMIN! ADMIN! ADMIN! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!! CHANGE THIS ONE SYSTEM!”
“HEI HEI! What the heck are you doing?”
“Want to change the system!!”
“There is no such thing like that, just do the task and Demon Lord will know the aftermath, and the next task should get something precious and strong.”
His face seemed to not believe what this blue orb said.
“Really??”

“Of course, the system can’t be lying.”
It seemed he was thinking hard..
A few minutes later..

“Nice nice, How about we do the first task right now?”
“Ehh? Are we going right now?” He said with a limp tone.

“Can we just wait until the sun rises?”
“We must do a task immediately.”
“But you can look properly around us” He pointed to the wood behind him” it is pitch black and looks scary. Is it better to wait until the sun rises?”
“Do you read the task screen? it was written down to act immediately.”
“HA? Are you bluffing? There is no such thing in there.”

Rezvan started walking toward the east, with the system beside him where the blue light of the system illuminated the path.
“Hei System, do you know where this wood is located?”
“You will know after we arrive there.”
The two just kept walking, and they walked for about 4 hours.
“Hei, how far is our destination??”
“It’s about 10 Km.”
“Why do I not feel exhausted or hungry?? We have walked for 20 Km right now and my body is just fine.”

Suddenly, he made a lot of poses with his own face “But this is not my own face…”

“What are you talking about..” His face came in front of the system and did all the poses “Now, I am this handsome, and you said you were disgusted about me.”
The system stepped back “Yes you are, how about you focus on your own task first..”
“Ah right!This face distracted me from my purpose..”
Rezvan observed around it, he had a look around the downstream river, and it seemed he found something. He walked toward it.
“Luckily, there is a big tree in the river like a bridge.”
“Look how lucky is the Demon Lord.”
The two crossed the river.
After arriving across the river, a window screen appeared.

A window screen appeared.

And followed by a ton of window screens. The screens showed the situation in many places like hall of kingdom, strategy room, and many more places, where it showed the people in there panicking about the revival of the Demon Lord.
“HEI SISTEM!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??”
“This is an announcement to the world about your rebirth. Look, all the people on the screen panic because of you.”
Some window screens appeared, showing all the troops of some kingdom and race steadied for the revival of Demon Lord.
“OI! OI! OI!” He was so panicked “All of these screens are a lie right??”
“No Demon Lord, all of these show the real time information so they are real.”
“Perhaps you tricked me to go here so the world knows about me, and kill me right?”
“It is absolute to know you Demon Lord.”
“What the hell are you talking about?”
“Right Demon Lord, it’s time to kill all of the—”
“NO IT’S TIME GO BACK TO THE WOODS.”
“WHAT!!!” The system was dumbfounded about what he had said.
“What the hell are you thinking? Look at me, I am merely level 0 how the hell I get rid of all of them, and they will get rid of me in a blink of an eye. I WILL GO BACK.”
Rezvan walked back to the woods.
“Wait Demon Lord..”
The system followed him, after Rezvan crossed back the river. A ton of window screens appeared, showing all the places were safe, where people believed the revival of Demon Lord was a fake alarm.
“HUH??? If I am not crossing this river, the world will never know about me. SYSTEM!! Do you know about this??”
“This is my first time seeing this.”
“If it’s like that, I will live peacefully in the woods.”
“WHAT!! How about your job as Demon Lord??”
“What is this job about??”
“Flatten all of human existence.”
“UHHHH, are you an idiot or what?? Look at my level, I will not do that, I want to live peacefully.”

“There is no Demon Lord anymore.” He turned back his body to the system, and raised his thumbs up “just call me Lord..”

The two walked back to the woods and towards the beginning spot.

Unknowingly, Rezvan wanted to live peace and calm in The Woods of Death, where it was full of deadly monsters, plants, and even deadly insects.
