Chapter 1 : Lyndon
Lyndon used to be able to endure pain. Relish it. Now, he just wanted things to be back to normal.
Every since he had acquired the power from an old scroll he had traveled the world for, all he felt was pain.
He groaned as his ship suddenly tipped to the side, adding onto the mountain of pain.
Even after three years, his sea sickness hadn't gone away.
Three years ago, he was an innocent boy still getting tucked in at night by his mother, even though at the time he was 14.
Three years ago, he barely even understood the concept of pain.
He stood up quickly, ignoring the pain searing in his head, and left the small bunker under the ship, walking up behind the wheel and giving it a small spin.
Lyndon didn't have a crew, per se. Well, he did, but they were long gone. Left as soon as they got tired of hearing his rambles.
But he had found it. The one treasure the whole world would kill for. But one question remained.
What would he do with it?
He didn't know, so that's why he was traveling aimlessly around the world in a small, rusted down ship. He was looking for answers.
But finding them seemed harder than understanding the scroll itself.
