(introductions)
Im in my bedroom having a literal MELTDOWN, WHY DID THEY HAVE TO SPREAD RUMORS ABOUT ME!!! I have no friends at school & no social life! What’s worse than that is.. I HAVE TO SHARE A LITERAL LOCKER ROOM WITH THEM!?
”RIVER!!” My mother called me from downstairs.. I wasn’t even ready for school! I had only 30 minutes to get outta my bed and get ready! I was homeschooled my entire life cuz I didn’t know how to communicate with people! It’s only my first day in SAS (Shanghai American school) and everyone finds me disgusting!
let me explain:
So when I first entered SAS (Shanghai American school), I obviously needed a tour of the school.. it was around 9:30am, and everyone was at they’re classes so I really didn’t know where to go
its a pretty big school, I had no clue where the principals office is. Then I immediately caught my eye on a girl, she seemed abused.. I ran towards her and she fell on the ground.. I was very scared so I tired finding the infirmary, but it was POINTLESS!
I quickly saw a washroom and so I brought the girl inside and splashed some water on the face and she got startled and had woken up! I asked her what’s wrong, but she was mute so she couldn’t talk.. I had a few bandages in my bag so I asked her to remove her dress so I can see were she was injured cuz she was wearing a full covered dress.
I patched some injuries with the bandage and told her I’ll call some student for help cuz I’m left my phone at home. I got out of the washroom and tried searching for a teacher but I couldn’t spot anyone, but I did feel like someone was watching me… it could’ve possibly be my overprotective mother but it didn’t seem protective, it was kinda freaky..
then there came a public announcement calling my name to the principals office! I was like finally and so I saw a teacher and asked her to help me to the principals office..
once I reached there, the principal look very unpleasant to see me… “take a seat” she said, so I asked her what’s the problem.. she showed me a video footage of me going into the girls washroom with a student.. I already knew I was in BIG trouble but they had seriously no idea about the REAL situation!! I tried to explain but she wouldn’t let me speak! UGH! HOW RUDE!!! Then her secretary (I think) brought the exact girl inside and told me to explain..
“ Ma’am, once I entered the school I saw her really injured! I had to help her so I went into a washroom, I really had no clue wether it was the girls or the boys! Please spear me, it’s only my first day! ” I told her..
but instead of believing ME, she accused me for student r@pe! I was so devastated on what my mother would say if SHE FOUND OUT!! Ms.Samuel was her name, and she had asked me to give my mothers phone number. Of course I didn’t have a second options so I gave her the number and told me to wait outside her office.
UGHH! MY first day WAS RUINED!!! Then my mother came and dragged me out of the school.. “Mum, please let me explain..!” I asked her, we went straight to the car and she was like:
“River, I already know how people know to accuse people, I know you wouldn’t do such a thing, so don’t worry! Right now I feel like I could beat that lady up!” Mum said
And yes! My mother is the cool type <3 my mother isn’t married or divorced, so I, really happy she isn’t, because I have a perfect match for her ^v^
and I LITERALLY just realized that I am SUSPENDED for a fake situation! I was only trying to help her! Not R@PE her-!!
Im still not over the fact that I got SUSPENDED on my FIRST DAY!! I was so desperate to go to school but ended up at home!
My mum’s name is Mara Hyun, She’s pretty and has a dirty pink hair, only mentioned this if you were wondering! Hyun means dark and vicious, but I don’t see her that way, she’s very sweet to me. Jia is my aunts name.. She’s a good friend of mum! But we rarely meet, at least twice over the holidays!
But I've never seen her son.. Although I know Aunt Jia for my entire life, I still haven’t met her son.. I do know his name, Collin, he’s only a year older than me.
My family doesn’t carry long generations, so it’s my grandmother, My mother’s older and younger brothers families. I have 4 cousins.. Esmeray, Luna, Ezra and Oliver. My favorite is Luna, she’s 7 but she’s pretty mature for her age, not gonna lie.
(now back to the main story), I removed my cardigan, went upstairs and jumped on my bed.. I picked up my phone from the bed-top and started scrolling into “SAS DAILY NEWS”.. I was curious if “that” thing was uploaded there, I refreshed the page Atleast a 100 times to recheck and make sure that it’s not there. “Phew..!!” I sighed as I started watching Pinterest.
I got a quick notification, “AHH-!!” I screamed as I dropped my phone.. I didn’t want to check what it was, there could be 2 things: A notifi from SAS DAILY NEWS or A notifi from a friend… But either way I didn’t pick it up, so I ran down stairs and started looking for snacks.. “So much has happened in just 2 hours..” Mum sighed while scrolling through her laptop.. I was terrified just to ask her! What if it was about what happened at school earlier!
