A children's book I wrote

Tony and

Tristyn

the Terrible Twins

Tony and

Tristyn

, the terrible twins. They’re one today and the trouble begins.

Tony’s breaking toys,

Tristyn’s

climbing the stairs, Dad’s pulling his hair out, and growling like a bear.

Tristyn

and Tony, now are both two, they’re muddy and messy, what is Dad to do?

Tristyn

and Tony are jumping on the bed, Dad’s yelling, “Stop that, you’re causing a pain in my head!”

Tony and

Tristyn

have reached age three, fighting with each other, they’re not to happy.

Dad says,“Come on you two, it’s time to clean, leave each other alone, don’t be so mean!”

Four years old, these twins are now. Dad wants good little kids, but he don’t know how.

Tony spilled a drink,

Tristyn’s

coloring on the walls. Dad says, “Get down from there, before you fall!”

Tristyn

and Tony, now are both five. They’re in the car, honking and trying to drive!

“Get out of the car, What is wrong with you two!” Dad’s nerves are a wreck, what will he do?

Twins

Tristyn

and Tony are now each six. They’re chasing each other, hitting with sticks

“Hey!” Dad shouts, “That’s not very nice!” They laugh as Dad slips and falls on the ice.

Tony and

Tristyn

have reached age seven. Dad talks about God, and speaks of Heaven.

The twins say, “Dad, we will be so good!” Dad thinks God’s message is understood.

Eight years of age, and still plenty of trouble. Dad’s work load has certainly doubled

“It’s time for your bath, and then a snack.” Dad steps on a toy, he hears it crack!

Tony and

Tristyn

are now both nine. Lessons they’re learning and doing just fine.

“I’m proud of you both, for doing so good. I knew with some patience, that you both would.”

Years have gone by, the twins are now ten. Soon the trouble will start all over again.

“you can not go play, until homework is done!” Dad knows these two just want to have fun.

Tristyn

and Tony are both eleven now. Still being little angels, Dad is thinking, ”

WoW

!”

Chores both these kids do, without a whine. Dad thinks, “these two have been good, since the age of nine!”

They’ve reached twelve years and are showing Dad Love. Dad thanks his lucky stars and God up above.

“I love you both more than you’ll ever know.” Dad gives them a kiss, and let’s loving feelings show.

Tony and

Tristyn

are now in their teens. Here they go again, starting to be mean!

Four years of goodness have come to an end. Dad knows more trouble is around the bend.

Dad says to you, the reader of these rhymes, “With kids there will be bad, but mostly good times! As a parent, never stop showing LOVE. Don’t lose hope, if they kick or they shove. Life is a learning lesson, parents have to teach. No goal is too big, or too far out of reach. You kids will grow up and be just like you. So be careful of the things you say, or you do. I hope you have learned a lesson from me. To you and your children, I say, “Blessed Be!”
